First time at Pubbelly Sushi and I loved it. The sushi was fresh and very tasty. I’ve been to many sushi places, and this one definitely deserves 5 stars. Our waitress Lily was friendly and attentive 5 stars for her too. The atmosphere is unique and not too crowded. We didn’t have to wait for a table. The total bill for two was 180$ The only thing I didn’t love was my Watermelon Margarita, but everything else was great. I would come back again.

We had a wonderful experience at this sushi tapas restaurant! The atmosphere was warm, lively, and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends or family. The staff were incredibly friendly and fun, and they did an excellent job recommending dishes that matched our tastes. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the variety of tapas-style offerings, which made it easy to try several different items. Every recommendation from the staff was a hit! The only downside was that the prices felt a little high for the portion sizes, but the quality of the food and the overall experience helped make up for it. If you're looking for great sushi, delicious tapas, and a fun atmosphere with attentive service, this spot is definitely worth a visit.

I visited based on the excellent reviews, but unfortunately my experience didn’t live up to the 4.7-star rating. The restaurant is beautiful and well-designed, but the food and service didn’t justify the premium prices. The sushi was decent, but basic rolls priced around $17–18 felt significantly overpriced for the quality. The biggest issue was service. I ordered a specific imported IPA from the menu but was served a completely different beer without being told or given the option to choose something else. I only discovered the mistake near the end of my meal, and I was still charged for it. My sushi also arrived without ginger or wasabi until I asked, and an 18% gratuity was automatically added to the bill for a party of two, which felt inappropriate given the level of service. The restaurant has a lot of potential, but better attention to detail and more transparent service would go a long way. Based on this visit, I don’t think the experience justified either the prices or the exceptionally high rating.

I was craving sushi while at sleep away camp. I decided to order from Pubelly based on a 4.7 star rating. Bad mistake on my part. They were poorly wrapped, some were already falling apart before the chopstick touched it. They must have new sushi chef, I spent $54 after fees, tax, and tips. I ordered the Tempura Roll and the Crispy Salmon Roll. The Tempura was bad, and the sauce on the Salmon over powered the roll. I couldn't see or tasted the salmon. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞

Came here with my siblings while on vacation for dinner and had a good time! I think the best bites was anything that was raw— the tuna nigiri, the tuna tarrtar and the waygu tartar were top 3. Our server Lilly was great. Service was very fast and attentive. Ambience was nice, cool decor all around
