Came here with my family and really enjoyed it. We had the nachos and the Billionaire’s Bacon Burger. The burger was a little spicy, but very good. The food was fresh, the service was great, and the sports bar atmosphere was awesome. Plenty of TVs to watch the games. We’ll definitely be back. 👍🏻🍔🏈

Good food, slow service. Our original server disappeared, so we asked for a.new one. They eventually took our food order. Soft drinks came quickly, but the Bloody Mary took forever because they only had two bartenders behind the bar on a Friday night. We had to ask for water three times. Folks sitting around us got the same level of service. The saving grace was the food, and the Latino hostess dressed in black. It was supposedly her first day at work, and she served our table more than the server assigned to us. We made sure to give her manager how she helped us a lot.

Great food, ice cold beer, and "twin peaks". Chicken fried steak, pot roast, and charcuterie board are some of my favorites there. And when I say ice cold, I mean almost frozen. And yes, the hamburgers there are delicious.

We had an outstanding experience at Twin Peaks in West Palm Beach. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded expectations. Kelly Z was welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely personable. She has a natural ability to make guests feel comfortable and appreciated. She actually reminded me so much of my niece—absolutely adorable. Where I’m from, we’d affectionately call someone like her “una bedda ’ncunnata”—a beautiful, charming person with an infectious presence. What impressed me most was her attentiveness. Our beverages were never left empty, every condiment we needed was already on the table before we had to ask, and she anticipated our needs throughout the meal. She was organized, efficient, and consistently one step ahead. I honestly believe Kelly would thrive behind the bar. Her upbeat personality, calm professionalism, and ability to connect effortlessly with guests would make her an exceptional bartender. She has the composure and confidence that are invaluable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Her service was so exceptional that I made a point of telling Leslie, the manager, who was equally gracious and welcoming. Great leadership is reflected in great teams, and it certainly shows here. Twin Peaks has assembled a team of genuinely outstanding hospitality professionals. While it may not be The Breakers, the quality of the food is excellent—fresh, flavorful, and consistently well prepared. Pair that with exceptional service, and it’s easy to see why this location continues to earn loyal customers. Thank you, Kelly and Leslie, and the entire Twin Peaks West Palm Beach team for making every visit an enjoyable one. Keep up the fantastic work!

The place is awesome, but Symantha our waitress made the experience exceptional. She provided the best service I’ve ever had: always attentive, quick to notice when our drinks were running low, and full of great food recommendations. Simply the best.I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Thank you, Symantha !
