Terrible! It was my first time here and I can’t believe the service… I was waiting a whole hour sitting outside for my food to be delivered so I walked to the front counter and asked what was going on?, the waitress then informed me that “my food had been ready” so I grabbed it and went to my table, I then realized there’s no fork and knife. I walked back to the front again and asked for a fork and knife, the waitress then proceeds to hand me a plastic fork and knife… absolutely ridiculous. I had to say… “for steak”, smh! The waitress also had the audacity to tell me “she didn’t know I was eating here…” When I ordered my food I specially asked for a table outside, who in their right mind would order a $30 steak select a table, make themselves comfortable, order two beers and then leave as soon as I get my food.. I took one bite of my steak and it was ice cold, I didn’t even try my sides at that point. The manager Ryan for handled the situation right away although that’s what a manager is supposed to do and it should have never happened in the first place he was alright. I will say though It would’ve been better if he would’ve gave me a discount but I paid before I got my food which I’ve never done in a restaurant.. so that wasn’t an option. I go to a lot of steak houses so this was a very bad experience for me and yeah I won’t be coming back. I got my food for the 2nd time. The steak was not worth the price, it was ridiculously tiny and my Mac n cheese was also ice cold again which leads me to believe they used the same Mac and cheese from my last cold plate. I did not even touch it. Absolutely disappointing! Never coming back!

We visited for the first time last Friday around noon and were seated immediately. We came specifically for the Haddock Fish and Chips, and it did not disappoint! The two generous portions were flaky, golden, and cooked to perfection. You can tell the fries are hand-cut/homemade, and the coleslaw was a great addition. My husband also loved the black beans and rice—the portion size was impressive. A huge thank you to our waitress, Brenda, who was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service every time I visit. The wings are outstanding, and the seafood is always fresh and flavorful. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Perfect spot to relax, watch a game, and enjoy a meal with friends or family. Highly recommend the Thirsty Turtle if you’re looking for great food and a fun vibe!

Very quiet when we (3) arrived for a late lunch. Service was adequate, not the fastest by any means. Bartender is either new or a little rusty, took quite a while to get drinks.

We stopped in here when we first got to our VRBO. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere so much we went back there three more times. So 4 out of the five days we ate at the Thirsty Turtle. I did not taste anything that was not good.
