Ordered half a pound of shrimp, half a pound of snow, crab, legs, and half a pound of crawfish. Everything else was delicious, EXCEPT the crawfish when trying to open them up were completely mushy and just fell apart in hand. When I spoke to the manager, she said because I was enjoying everything else. She was only going to give me a $5 dollar discount. Poor customer service from manager on duty, my server was super nice and very accommodating, but unfortunately, he was not able to get the amount for the crawfish removed from my bill. I really wish I could give this place five stars but just with poor customer service and not even being able to enjoy my crawfish because it was not edible just ruined the experience for me.

Our waiter Drew was hands down the best server I’ve had in a long time. He was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. And the robot assistant was such a fun touch — definitely a memorable visit thanks to both of them!

Got 2 seafood bowls with King crab, Snow crab,Lobster tails, Shrimp, Scallops ,potatoes and Corn absolutely awesome! Our server was very attentative and the robot servers were funny too with the birthday music, great time TVs everywhere cant go wrong will definitely be back for our future seafood boils

UPDATE: I really appreciate the follow-up from management after a previous issue. The manager personally called to apologize and offered a solution that left me satisfied. I returned a week later, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Our server, Demetria, was amazing—friendly, prompt, and informative. Even though we arrived a few minutes past happy hour, they still honored the drink specials, which was a nice touch. The food was delicious! As a spice lover, I was thrilled to find that “spicy” actually meant spicy. My husband, who is super picky about fried rice, actually loved theirs—which says a lot. Overall, a great experience. The only thing I didn’t care for were the cage-like decorations, but that’s just personal taste. Looking forward to coming back! Extremely disappointed with my first visit. My boss raved about this place, so I stopped by to grab food for both of us—but the experience was a mess. I ordered a rice dish with specific modifications for him, and it came with none of the requested changes. He didn’t touch it. I also ordered 1 lb of crab legs and 2 lbs of shrimp, but they didn’t include any of the shrimp. I called to see if I could pick up the missing shrimp, get a refund, or at least a credit. They said a manager would call me—still waiting. No follow-up, no accountability. My boss is disappointed, and I’m extremely dissatisfied. Check your bags before you pay. I won’t be coming back.
