We recently celebrated a friend’s birthday at Bimini Twist, and we had an amazing time! The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Our server was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead. She never missed a beat throughout the entire evening and provided exceptional service from start to finish. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and everything was prepared perfectly. If you’re a seafood lover, this is definitely a restaurant you need to visit. Between the outstanding service, great atmosphere, and excellent food, Bimini Twist made our celebration one to remember. Highly recommend!

Attended an event there and although the service and atmosphere were good the takeout was not. Especially for the price. Ordered the bang bang shrimp and only received 11 of 12 paid for. The bed of lettuce was browning and was not appetizing at all (see pic). It should have never left the kitchen. Steak was also a 16 oz and was a bit tough and no flavor and was boneless. You can get a 24 oz bone in at longhorn for more flavor and a lower price. Both were very meh. All in all very disappointing. This is supposed to be a high-end restaurant and both meals together were over $100. I would rather eat at Duffys.

This restaurant has a lively atmosphere and delicious food. Our waitress Kara was amazing. She was so attentive and anticipated our needs-Everytime. You couldn't ask for better service. That bread pudding was the best thing I ever tasted, hands down. The Risotto with blackened Chicken and the Mahi Mahi were our tables favorites. DELICIOUS DRINKS TOO! Will be back soon!

Although the food itself was pretty good, our overall experience at the restaurant was very disappointing—especially considering it was our first time visiting and a special occasion for my husband’s birthday. From the start, the service fell short. We let our server know it was our first time dining there, but that didn’t seem to make any difference. There were no recommendations, no guidance through the menu—nothing that made us feel welcomed or valued as new guests. Instead, it felt like we were overlooked, as the server appeared far more attentive to other tables around us. At one point, we even had to flag down a busser just to get a beverage, which only added to the frustration. It’s never a great feeling to have to chase down basic service, especially during what was supposed to be a celebratory evening. After we finished and paid for our meal, we did speak with a manager. While we did receive an apology, we were told to come back so they could “make it right.” Unfortunately, it would have been much more meaningful to simply receive good service during our first visit—especially given the occasion. While the food showed promise, the lack of attentive and welcoming service made the experience one we won’t easily forget—for the wrong reasons.

went to celebrate my fiancés birthday, upon arriving we immediately caught an impressionable & impressive vibe. the ambience was perfect met with a flawless staff! we had Gianna as our server, who had amazing recommendations and was very attentive🙌🏼 10/10 can’t wait to come back
