First time trying Hibachi Express. Immediately upon entering and asking about menu items, we are given confused looks and no one knew the answer, such as what oil is used to fry the dumplings and how much a side salad was. The ambience was okay, it was clean, however they were playing Beyoncé Dance for you, which is highly inappropriate especially with families and children in here. The ramen was not great to say the least. Was supposed to be chicken broth, it tasted of fish and sink water. The noodles was a pile of mush. The rice was bland and not traditional “fried rice”, with chicken and sauce poured on top. When letting staff know we don’t like the food, the waitress screamed across the restaurant to tell the “manager”, who then rolled her eyes and turned around. No one came up to us to inquire or apologize. Finally when the cook came over, no greeting or questions, just “you don’t want that?” A refund was not offered, and we had to ask to get something different. The staff were unprofessional and not warm at all. The best thing about this establishment was the soda from the soda machine.

Almost a 5-star spot — the fruit flies disagreed 🪰 The food here is seriously good. Tonkotsu Ramen, Yakisoba with steak, wings & fries — all of it. Place is clean, looks great, and the staff is attentive. Would've been a perfect night out. But the fruit flies were something else. The moment we sat down they were everywhere around us. I noticed they do have traps out — and I appreciate that — but in 14 years living in Florida I have never experienced this at a restaurant. Not once. So it definitely stood out. It's clearly not for lack of trying, but something needs a deeper fix — drains, produce storage, something. Because the food and the place deserve better than that. Will we go back? Probably yes, because the ramen alone makes it worth it. Just hoping for a fly-free experience next time. 🍜

The food was amazing! I can’t stop thinking about how the lemon pepper wings were so good. And the rice? I love the chef whoever made it. Thank you!! Beautiful place btw for aesthetic photos. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

New spot in town. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff was warm and welcoming. I asked what was good and she recommended a few different dishes. Nice and clean and very spacious inside. I will definitely be coming back and recommend you go too!

It's very cute and welcoming inside. The place is clean and the staff was very helpful for my first time here. I got the Japanese noodle combo with chicken and vegetables this time but I will be coming back to try one of their Ramens
