Been here twice. The food always amazing, fresh and refined. The service is top notch. Though I thing the portion is a bit small, I guess I have to order more Lol. I tried a bunch of the desserts and they all amazing. Haven’t had anything bad to say about this place. Please keep it up. I’m loving this restaurant.

Everything was absolutely delicious! Highly highly recommend. 10/10. The pasta was made in house and probably the best pasta I’ve ever had. Focaccia and pistachio gelato was amazing too! I’ll have to make another trip to Palm Springs just to have the food again.

Review for Il Pastaio : First time here today with the family & definitely have to say that I am happy to have checked it out. Loved the outdoor seating- it truly looked like a tropical oasis, but would have appreciated the music in the background to not have been blaring so loud. Shoutout to our waiter DON for great & HONEST recommendations which is always appreciated. I am NOT a pasta fan and do not eat meat or seafood so the options were limited (which is why I gave 4 stars for this area) but we did enjoy the Cacio e pepe pasta which was pretty much the only dish we were able to select. I am super specific so I asked Don to make sure the pasta wasn’t drenched in cheese and cream- and he delivered when he said it would be minimal. The pomodoro salad was great too and as was the tomato infused bread. For dessert, Don recommended the tiramisu. I explained that I was super specific for this as well and he said that it was incredible & no one makes it the way they do at Il Pastaio. Right again. I appreciate a person who tells the truth & doesn’t try to upsell and am so glad I listened to him twice. Otherwise, recommendations for the restaurant: please include some pasta-only dishes for the non-meat and non-seafood eaters. We love having options! A spicy (but not really spicy) rigatoni would be a great option HINT HINT.

Eataly was amazing! It was our first time and a great spot- love the market and restaurants. We went to La Pizza & La Pasta and our server told us all the ingredients they use are available to purchase in the market. Jen was our server and was superb! We loved the service and the food was unreal!!

My husband and I decided to have lunch here among all the options at Eataly, and we’re so glad we did! We sat at the bar, and the service from Steve and Debbie was top-notch. The food was excellent, the dessert was delicious, and the place is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended!
