I can’t say enough great things about City Pizza—the pizzas are absolutely amazing, and the staff is just as impressive! About a month ago, we ordered delivery, and there was a mix-up with our order ( instead of Quattro Formaggi, we received Meat Lovers) The delivery driver forgot the Parmesan, chili flakes, and even brought the wrong pizza. I called the restaurant and spoke with Flair, the manager. Even though the mistake wasn’t hers, she sincerely apologized, handled everything with professionalism and kindness, and let me know she’d leave a note to make it right on our next visit. Today, we came back and actually ordered the same “mistake” pizza because it turned out to be that delicious! Flair honored her word without hesitation and provided exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and professionalism. Ironically, we somehow ended up with the wrong pizza again—but this time I have to blame my hungry husband for not opening the box to check before we left! I called the restaurant, and Gia immediately apologized and assured me she would make sure my order was corrected. That level of accountability and customer care is exactly what keeps people coming back. A special shoutout to Ava, our hostess, who was an absolute delight! She was welcoming, friendly, and an absolute cutie pie who made our visit even more enjoyable. Outstanding food, outstanding customer service, and a team that truly cares about their customers. City Pizza has definitely earned our continued business, and I highly recommend them!

I was staying at a hotel accross the street. Went to the grocery store next to City Pizza to grab something to eat and saw several couples of women walking in one after another. I decided to follow them and had a quick lunch. I ordered a gyro sandwich (who orders gyro at an Italian restaurant, right??) and a side caesar salad. First the salad came. That was the freshest lunch salad that I ever had. The caesar dressing was probably housemade and the salad had the perfect amount of cheese on it (I just realized I don’t know how to spell parm 🤦🏻‍♂️). Then the gyro sandwich came and the gyro meat was the tastiest and the most authentic tasting one that I had in the US. I was very happy with my lunch (unfortunately no pictures from lunch), paid $23 and went back to my hotel. For dinner I was too lazy and tired to drive the car so decided to go to City Pizza again with my daughter this time. She had fettucine alfredo, that was cooked to perfection, and a side caesar salad, I had City Special Pizza which was very close to a real Italian pizza and we finished our dinner by sharing a tiramisu which was a generous portion. Food, drinks and desert cost us about $68. Enough with the food. The restaurant has a full bar. The atmosphere was very relaxing and both lunch and dinner servers treated us well and made us feel welcome both times. I highly recommend to go to City Pizza Italian Cuisine and say hi to Kadir. You won’t regret. Note: they also have gluten free options if you are allergic.

I recently stopped by City Pizza in West Palm Beach on a busy weekend while shopping and was really impressed. It’s in a nice shopping center, so it’s an easy place to pop into while you’re out, but the atmosphere also makes it nice for meeting up with friends, family, or even a casual business meeting. The space is stylish and inviting with modern tile, cute lighting, a bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and a cool brick pizza oven in the back. Even though it was busy, the staff were all very friendly and everything felt relaxed. The food was great too. I’m vegan and really appreciated that they offer vegan pizza options. The vegan cheese melted well and tasted great, and the sautéed veggies added a nice touch. The crust was perfect NY style. I also had a fresh salad with lots of veggies and chickpeas. Overall, they have something for everyone (including gluten-free options), and everything we had was fresh and flavorful. I’d definitely go back.

My first experience here was amazing. Our server Andriana was so helpful and went above and beyond to serve us. The food is AMAZING and has so much flavor. Andriana was so attentive and gave us great recommendations on what to order. Will definitely be back again!
