A cafe for healthier foods. Clean place, fair prices. Lots of seating. Order at the counter. The falafel wrap was dry and lacked flavor. Located on West Palm Beach’s main restaurant street (Clematis Street). A 15-minute drive to the beach.
Unassuming casual lunch and breakfast spot in downtown West Palm Beach. Lots of salads to choose from but we both had the tuna fish sandwich. I wont say it was a mistake because it was good but the place specializes in salad so try the salads. The only reason I gave it a three for service is because it’s a walk-up counter, but it’s worth noting that the woman had a smile on her face, the food was quick and the lady who delivered it was also smiling.
The food was very tasteful. I ordered the bbq chicken salad during lunch hours. The place was real busy but the line at the register moved pretty quick and the food came out fast. I waited less than 10 minutes for be salad to be brought to my table. It was a great environment and decor. The prices were on the high end for a lunch meal. Though the salad was plentiful to fill you up. This is definitely a place for many vegan options if someone was looking for those options in west palm beach.
The attached pictures are a Asian vegan salad (I was doing a vegan challenge) the food there is really consistent. Good portions salad to Protein. I do not like soup but I cannot leave there without ordering the tomato basil soup, very flavorful. The split pea soup is also tasty and season well. My go to menu choice is the chicken pesto that I ask them to put it in a wrap. Breakfast I've had the Mexican wrap. Filled with egg and salsa. Good portion The "Pump" Protein shake is good and very filling. Usually that and a soup leaves me full. The only reason my review is missing a star because there have been some rotation with the staff and service has suffered a little. For example them forgetting about my order, not adding my basil oil to my soup. Food takes a little to long in general to get to you. Now the place is packed almost every day at lunch.
Oh my yumminess! This shabby chic little cafe is filled with not only the wonderful smell of freshly cooked homemade sandwiches but also a wide variety of all nutritious smoothies. At very reasonable prices, you can choose anything off their menu or combine your own. Grab a smoothie and your laptop and cozy up in comfy chair. You'll feel right at home enjoying a delicious lunch.
