No words for how grateful I am to have found this place! 😃 Today was my first time here and Frank was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions for my first order. I ended up doing the “make your own bowl” option and it was DELICIOUS!!! All of the ingredients were fresh and the chicken and shrimp came out hot. They also have an incredible selection of pre-made healthy meals, meal plan options, snacks, etc. I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this place for anyone interested in eating healthy. 5/5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time trying this place! I got the bang bang shrimp, I really enjoyed the simple ingredients that all came together to create a phenomenal taste. Pairing it with sriracha made this a clean, healthy, affordable meal! I highly recommend this place :)). Def will come again

Surprisingly affordable but healthy and clean options which is a rare combination in the health foods game which generally tends to charge a gazillion buckaroonies for a simple spinach smoothie (??). The place is well organized, clean and the kid who rang our orders up was super friendly and nice. It was a pleasure. The food was bought to our table which was a nice touch. You have pretty cool healthy options for building your own bowl, burgers (it was especially cool to see that they have black bean burger), healthy wraps and tons of juices and smoothies. The highlight of this place is their super tasty protein snacks - superb. They also have a ton of healthy pizza, low carb and other interesting stuff in their fridge (freshly made I assume) for a quick grab and go. Nifty little place indeed.
