I do want to rate this location higher, but I genuinely cannot bring myself to give a business any more than 2 stars when an employee drags their hair through the chicken tray while wiping down the counter. Initially, this Bolay location didn't seem much different to others I've been to in the past. The tables weren't being wiped down after customers left, but the floors were clean enough, the drink machine functioned properly, and the cutlery was stocked. The real drawback to my experience here came with the employee interactions. Right off the bat we were met with a hostile greeting from the server. He was very clearly angry about something, and speaking with him about what base and vegetable options we wanted felt like walking on eggshells. I get it - people have lives, and sometimes those lives suck, but if you're a customer-facing employee, that should never make it to the customer. That alone was not enough to prompt me to write a google review, but I knew I had to when the woman working with unsecured incredibly long hair extensions (pictured below) leaned over to wipe down the counter, dragging all of her hair extensions through the chicken container. Her hair is so long, she didn't notice, but my party certainly did. Fortunately, this happened after my party had been served our chicken, so we didn't have any hair in our food, and the food tasted normal. I hope to return and update this google review to higher stars in the future, but before then I think management needs to speak with their staff as a whole.

I had a great experience at Bolay. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they were quick to replace anything that needed it without hesitation. Everything was cooked to the Bolay standard—fresh, flavorful, and consistent. The Zen Bowl is my go-to and never disappoints. Even my nephew said it tasted better than French fries, which says a lot. Total win!

You want fresh, you want healthy- this is the place for you! Such delicious, fresh food! I love this place! Can’t get enough of it. Their cilantro sauce is awesome. Wish I had some of these places nearer to home.

This was my 1st time at a Bolay and its was great. They were busy, and yet, the place stayed clean. The employees were friendly and had smiles on their faces. They worked efficiently together and kept the line moving. The food was fresh, and it had flavor. I built my own bowl and I enjoyed it immensely. I can't wait to go back.

I used to love Bolay when they came out and haven't been in years. Today I went and to my surprise, they cook everything, EVERYTHING in vegetable oil. I was able to get raw spring mix, a little serving of it, a 3 or 4 oz of cooked Salmon, they said it had a Shawarma sauce (probably has veggie oil), Feta cheese and tomatoes tossed in chimichurri sauce (probably veggie oil based), and pickled onions, which were the safest item there along with the lettuce. I can never understand why these places don't have steamed or roasted (without oil) bases and veggies as an option for people who decline on the inflammation that comes from eating vegetable oils. So I ended up spending $13 dollars on a little but of food. The staff was professional and helpful. The women's toilet was not flushing and the store looked very clean. So, the issue is more with corporate headquarters and their decisions than with the store itself.
