Moving from Georgia to Florida was a massive transition, but discovering this absolute gem of a bakery made us feel right at home instantly. The incredibly talented French chef, Chef Christophe, welcomed us with open arms and true warmth, making our move so much sweeter. We ordered a box of pastries, and they are hands-down the best we have ever tasted in our entire lives! You can immediately taste the unmatched quality of the ingredients. The chef uses genuine European flour and rich French butter to create layers that are impossibly flaky, light, and shatteringly crisp. The filling is made with authentic, deeply flavorful almond paste rather than artificial extracts. If you appreciate traditional, world-class baking, this place is a masterclass in French pastry. We are so grateful for the warm welcome to the neighborhood and will officially be regular customers!

Absolutely one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. The Chef sandwich was incredible—perfectly layered with turkey, brie, crispy bacon, sweet fig spread, mayo, and fresh arugula. Every ingredient worked so well together, giving it the perfect balance of savory, sweet, and fresh flavors. and how well it’s prepared On top of that, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A special touch was the chef personally bringing our order to the to us . Highly recommend!

This is hands down the most delicious French café I’ve ever visited. The food is incredible—fresh, authentic, and absolutely unforgettable every single time. But what truly makes this place special is the owner and staff. They are some of the kindest, friendliest people you’ll ever meet and make you feel like family the moment you walk through the door. Every time I leave, both my stomach and my heart are full. No matter what kind of day I’ve had, I always walk out with a smile on my face and a little more joy than when I came in. I’m so grateful I discovered this hidden gem—it has become my favorite place for lunch and one of my favorite places, period. If you’re looking for amazing food, genuine hospitality, and a place that simply makes you happy, this is it.

Where do I start? I had an appointment with the VA at Thomas Corey, and decided to drop in for brunch with my girlfriend. The staff was so kind and sincere and the food was incredible. The baked goods are the best I’ve had, and the sandwiches were phenomenal. We were talking about the place on the car ride all the way back home.

I placed an order through uber eats and had some complications with the order delivery. The chef personally called me to let me know that he wanted to make it right to me, and even offered to deliver the food himself! As a first time buyer, this has definitely left me with a great experience, not even having stepped into the shop. The sandwich and soup were both delicious, and on top of that, they threw a pastry in there for me as well!!! The customer service here is incredible and nothing i've seen before, give them a try for an overall lovely experience :)
