Was coming back from the beach and stopped by to get a coffee and pastry. Sat outside because the weather was perfect, only downside is that they blare their music super loud like a nightclub so just a little tough to have a conversation. The food has always been good and service on par with Starbucks. They do speak English as well as Spanish. Family owned for 40 years the sign said.

This was our first time eating here and the welcoming smiles made me want to stay even more! The food was good and the service was quick.

I wish I could give a 1/4 star. Lady at the front was extremely rude and honestly looked like she hated her life. Didn’t greet us at all. We sat down and when she came to the table she walked up and said in Spanish “que quieres” not a hi or what can I get you etc no just rude stale and pissy. She sent another server to our table after who was an older lady as well with glasses but was pleasant. We ordered the empanadas which were delicious. The egg sandwich was egg and cheese but still charged me for meat but it was good. My mother ordered the mangu and it was Awful. Stale. Old and dry. The sausage wasn’t even grilled . It was honestly a terrible experience…. It was my moms birthday and the last time she spent her birthday with me was like 8 years ago so she remembered the empanadas and wanted them so bad and in the end she was left with a bad taste in her mouth and we were all upset. I will never come back here. They have horrible customer service and the food is obviously re heated and older. Maybe because business is bad because of the service. So as a result the food isn’t good at all. Very disappointed. Will be disputing the charge on my card with pictures and videos as proof of the poor service and food. They also charged us a service fee of 18% even tho it was only 4 of us. And still had the nerve to ask for a tip on their machine Side note: we did not eat everything except the empanadas.

Capri Bakery & Restaurant is a convenient place to eat breakfast or lunch. It is well-staffed and very friendly. The food and sweets are delicious, and the coffee is so good. There is easy access and plenty of parking.

I came in on a Thursday around 1pm. There’s plenty of outdoor and indoor seating in this small establishment. I had a very hard time ordering the food with no English speaking staff but they were very friendly and welcoming regardless! I ordered the Capri Cuban with fries. I don’t think it was understood that I wanted the fries to be cooked well-done however they still showed up with the perfect crisp! The Cuban had a heavy helping of ham and one slice of roast beef (?) which left me absolutely stuffed for $12. I had a hard time asking what the price point was for the pastries but ended up getting an apple turnover ($1.75), a guava butter cookie ($?), and a churro (2 for $3 that they gave me for free!). My total came out to around $22. While I appreciated them getting me a warmed churro, it was warmed on the outside but still frozen/cold on the inside. The service was welcoming but I was not blown away from the food.
