We came to Shanghai’d on a Saturday night and were seated right away. They allowed us to choose our table, which was perfect since we always prefer a booth or semi-booth. Our server, Aiden, was excellent. He was attentive, kind, knew the menu very well, and made some great recommendations throughout the night. The service was honestly just as impressive as the food. We started with the potstickers, which were nicely pan-fried and came with a delicious sauce. The filling was very flavorful and they were a great way to start the meal. We also tried the spicy tuna crispy rice. I’m personally not a big tuna fan, but my wife is and she really enjoyed the tuna. Our only small criticism was that the crispy rice was a little too crunchy/toasted for our preference, but overall it was still very good. For our entrées, we had the General Tso’s chicken. It had a great balance of sweet and spice without being overpowering. The chicken tasted fresh and like good-quality meat. We upgraded to the fried rice, which was excellent. The chicken, vegetables, mushrooms and seasonings all came together really well. We also tried the white rice, which had seasoning sprinkled over the top and was surprisingly flavorful for something so simple. My wife’s favorite was the steak lo mein, one of their signature dishes. The steak was cooked perfectly to the medium temperature we requested. The lo mein and vegetables were seasoned and cooked beautifully, and everything paired extremely well with the steak. Definitely one of the standout dishes of the night. We also had the ramen with beef. I can’t remember exactly which cut of beef was used, but it was tender and full of flavor. The broth, noodles, egg, vegetables and beef all worked really well together. There were a lot of different flavors in the bowl without any one ingredient overpowering everything else. I would highly recommend the ramen as well. The atmosphere is also worth mentioning. It’s dark and comfortable with unique lighting and projected artwork that gives the restaurant a really cool vibe. Our check was around $185, and considering the amount of food we ordered, the quality and the service, I would gladly pay it again. This is definitely somewhere we will be returning to. One additional plus for fellow military service members and veterans: they offer a military discount, so make sure to ask about it. Excellent food, excellent atmosphere, and even better service. Thank you to Aiden and the entire Shanghai’d team for a great Saturday night. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I found Shanghai'd a while back while I was walking around downtown. It had a really neat anime esthetic and I love dim sum so I decided to try it. I've been going there ever since. All of their dim sum are great, the sticky ribs are amazing, and the bao buns are also really good. Their drinks are always tasty and they have a decent sake selection. I like ordering a lot of things and sharing with the table so I can have a little of everything. I love this place! If you haven't tried it yet, you should!

What an amazing restaurant. Food, Service, Atmosphere was superb! Will definitely go back for date night. Didn’t try the exotic drinks but will next time. Happy Hour Specials were reasonably priced which is nice because normal prices were a bit spendy! The only knock on this place would be the parking which is an issue for all of Clematis Restaurants. A must go for Asian cuisine

Definitely check this place out the food was phenomenal. We shared the spiral cucumber salad, sticky Asian ribs and duck fried rice. Everything came out hot and fresh. The service was quick, attentive and our server Mile was the best! Come check them out and ask for Mike!!

I was greeted by Mike for lunch for a table of 3 and everything from the beginning to the end was perfect! The food and drinks were delicious and the ambience was perfect for the setting. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and he made us feel very welcomed. Would come back again!
