I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to share. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was lacking. We arrived around 8:00 and were not greeted or seated—just told to pick any table ourselves. Shortly after, another couple was warmly greeted and escorted to their table, which made the difference in service feel very noticeable. We also had to get our own menus. The food was just as disappointing. The wings were unusually large but cold, and the rest of the food was also cold. The spinach and artichoke dip had very little cheese, and when we asked for it to be remade, it seemed like the same dish was just reheated and lightly topped with more cheese rather than made fresh. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, we saw another couple being served small wings right away, which added to the feeling that we were overlooked during our visit. Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and disappointing from start to finish. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as both the service and food quality need improvement.

First time ever for my husband and I meeting our friends for late lunch on a Saturday . Food was delicious, fresh and atmosphere was great,except the server, not very attentive. I had to ask for my drink 3 times before final arrival. We had avocado egg roll as appetizers ,and salads such as Asian, Santa Fe , Steak salad and Ahi tuna salad!! All yummy 😋 No room for desert. Maybe next time will try the famous Pizookie !!

Good quality chain restaurant. Ribs as good as always, and the tri tip with scampi shrimp was very tasty. The cheese burger was nicely and the chicken club sandwich was nicely balanced. Recommended.

I'd give zero if possible. Terrible, microwaved food that took 45 minutes. Our waitress only stopped by us 3 times the whole meal. The buzz cut waiter with the beard was great though, helped us when she wouldn't. Girlfriend had plastic in her cookie, and the manager looked at me like I was the one inconvenienced, then asked us what to do about it, without apologizing once. Tried to offer to comp a meal if we came back, which obviously we never would. Ended up taking a single drink off. Save yourself the trouble.
