Suiany is absolutely amazing anytime I see her red hair behind the register I know I will leave smiling. All the ladies are great tbh. But she always makes me feel like we’ve known each other for years

Very disappointing experience ordered a pan con lecon with fries & a drink which took about 35mins while they was one other person in the restaurant. The sandwich came out hot & fresh the fries were cold to the touch served in a go to bag when ask to dine in. The presentation of the food lacked caring. The sandwich was very bland no flavor at all just a very boring sandwich full of pork. The inside of the restaurant could have used some straightening up wiping of the tables clean etc. I saw No sense of urgency to get food out in a timely manner even just ordering a pastry I observe other customers wait 20 minutes to get a pastry.

Went in the on Sunday late 1st time ever coming to Pinecrest Bakery and now the last time after this. There was only 1 person working the front counter for almost 25 Minutes before help came to assist. We ordered 6 to 7 items and 1 of the items HAD MOLD IN IT.. Definitely not fresh and had to be thrown away we had to check everything else to make sure it was good. I tried emailing through the portal no answer.. called today to talk to someone was told that manager was going to call back. They never did... thanks but no thanks.

This was our first time at Pinecrest Bakery but it won't be our last. We were pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches were very large, fresh, and delicious. Don't even get me started on the pastries. I don't remember the name of the cake but it was chocolate and very moist and the frosting was out of this world. I also had a Papa Rellena AKA potato meatball and it was the best I have had so far. Thank you 😍💚

Delicious deserts. From cannolis to chocotorta, carrot cake, the cheesecake and the flan. Not overwhelmingly sweet and an amazing blend of flavors. It was so good that I didn’t even have time to take pictures before it was all gone lol
