It is so refreshing to encounter real authenticity in a highly and growingly inauthentic world; and you can easily tell when triumph is rooted in heart. Brilliant laminator who refuses to adhere to the status quo, but rather redefine it. Genuinely awaiting the physical store location that inches closer by the day.

The best French pastries in Palm Beach County. I've tried several items from the classic croissant to the chocolate croissant and pistachio pastry and every single one was exceptional. The quality, flavor, and presentation are on another level. I used to think Loic Bakery was the standard, but after visiting this place, it's not even close. No other French bakery I've been to can match the consistency, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. If you're a fan of authentic French pastries, this place is absolutely worth the visit.

Love the food here. Truly made with love and high quality fresh ingredients. As a gluten intolerant girl I’m able to eat their food because they use French flour. It was so exciting to taste something so good again. Couldn’t love the staff more they are so kind and make me want to come back every week just for the hospitality too!

Our family loves this bakery! Jean’s croissants have ruined us for all other croissants- amazing flavor and fluffy. His jalapeño sourdough bread was amazing as well. Can’t wait to go back and try some of his other pastries. Highly recommend!
