Quite possibly one of my favorite Asian restaurants to date. We ordered the wagyu, lobster gyoza, broccoli and mushrooms, crab sushi, and Bananas Foster—and every dish was outstanding. I was genuinely blown away and will definitely be back. The excellent service was the perfect complement to the incredible food and the restaurant’s vibrant atmosphere.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🍣🍶🌴 Sometimes the best sushi isn't the place trying to impress you with twenty-word roll names and dry ice. Imoto gets straight to the point. We grabbed two seats at the bar, ordered a few rolls, and before we could think about what to order next, the first plates were already in front of us. The menu is refreshingly simple. No gimmicks. No overthinking. Just really fresh fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and people who know exactly what they're doing. Every roll tasted cleaner and better than the last. We kept saying, "Let's order one more," until we realized we'd completely lost track of how much we had eaten. The service was warm, relaxed, and efficient without ever feeling rushed. Sitting at the bar lets you watch the quiet rhythm of the kitchen, and there's something satisfying about how effortless it all feels. I'm from New York, where great sushi is everywhere, and I don't hand out compliments like this easily. Imoto is one of the best sushi experiences I've had in a long time. Simple. Honest. Delicious. If you're in Palm Beach, don't overthink it. Grab a seat at the bar and start ordering. Chances are, you'll keep saying, "One more roll."

Update: been here 6 times and it's time for an update. The service by the wait staff definitely needs work, everyone is passive aggressive and its not a good vibe overall. The Chefs are nicer. The sushi is good, but a very limited menu and leaves something to be desired. If it's your first time try it, but as a spot that I tried to frequent once a week I got over it quick. ------------------------- I sat at the sushi bar and told the chef it was my first time there. Chef Chris made sure I had a great experience. I appreciate it very much 🙏🏼 The sushi was delicious and fresh. The service was also on point. I just wish they had a small bottle of sake instead of all large 700 ml + but other than that the menu is great. I had 4 rolls: My favorite was the double salmon (the bottom one in the trio pic) followed by spicy yellowtail, and in last place the California roll which I would not order next time. There was ambient lighting so I didn't want to use my flash, but here are the rolls. I will definitely be back. Thank you Imoto!

Imoto at Buccan was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Florida. An absolute gem! I started with a rising sun margarita. It has a nice amount of heat, combined with the smoothness of sake. For appetizers - we got the miso cod lettuce wraps, peking duck tacos and rock shrimp tempura. Each one is a must order, they were all outstanding. The miso cod lettuce wraps were my favorite, the enoki mushrooms + mandarin soy glaze were perfection. The rock shrimp tempura was fried well, I will say the bowl is deceptive because it looks like a large serving but most of it is filled with some type of slaw. For sushi - we got the daimyo and spicy yellowtail. The spicy yellowtail was amazing. It had tuna, cucumber, jalapeño, fried garlic + spicy sesame sauce. The daimyo was so fresh with different kinds of fish sitting on wasabi aioli. Our server, Desiree, was beyond helpful and attentive. It was a memorable dining experience and we look forward to trying Buccan in the future!

This has got to be some of the freshest sushi I’ve ever had! I’m a big sushi lover with trying many places all over the country. Imoto at Buccan has got to be on top of my list. Michelin where’re you at? This needs to be a Michelin restaurant asap. Kassandra my server was extremely nice and had great recommendations. She made sure to check on me after each bite. I was sitting at the bar and the chefs were quick and thorough in their processes. 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely be back!
