I had a great experience at Vale Healthy Kitchen in Boca Raton. Everything was very fresh, delicious, and truly healthy. I really liked the wide variety of options they offer you can choose from suggested dishes on the menu or create your own meal, with different portion sizes, prices, and flavors to fit your preferences. The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and professional. Even close to closing time, they remained extremely kind, helpful, and dedicated to providing great service, which really made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s comfortable, healthy, and pleasant the perfect spot to enjoy a tasty, nourishing meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back. 😋🌱💯

We figured we would try this place out as we already tried its competitors Bolay and Carrot Express. The food was very dry. Although some of the chicken taste it all right, overall it was a big disappointment. Most disturbingly, the service was even worse. The employees seemed only interested in checking out for the evening. The Afro-American man who took her order seemed to have zero interest in being there. Even came over to us to let us know the place was closing at 10:00 as if we were actually trying to stay there. At the time it was 25 minutes before 10. Honestly, who in the right mind would be trying to stay in a place with no music, no atmosphere, fake plants and employees who seems like they would fit in perfectly at the DMV? If the employees are more concerned with providing good service versus doing the bare minimum the job, this would be a better place.

The food is phenomenal, this place is extremely clean and staff was great! I came here with my husband during a basketball tournament stretch between games and wanted something healthy. We found this place and will return again. Must try the BB match protein shake. 🔥🔥

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ll be honest… I’m not a healthy-food person 😂 So the fact that I actually liked the food says everything. It was good and flavorful. But honestly, the staff is what really made me love this place. Everyone was so incredibly nice and welcoming. You can tell they’re just really good people, and that kind of energy makes such a difference. Highly recommend! 🙌

This place was great!! My friend and I were looking for a quick but healthy casual spot for dinner and we couldn’t have found a better place. As a pescatarian, there were lots of options for me, and I really enjoyed the buffalo vegan chicken tenders, especially. I want to come back and try all the different toppings and bases since they all look great. The food was flavorful while being very nutritious. I highly recommend!!
