The Modern Rose is definitely one of the cutest and most eclectic spots around. From the moment you walk in, you're surrounded by beautiful roses and unique décor that make the entire space feel charming and inviting. The restaurant offers several distinct areas, including a bar, a comfortable dining room with booths, and a hidden space accessed through an old telephone booth-style door that leads to a private event area which accommodates large parties. The menu is surprisingly large, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The staff greeted us warmly and came to our table right away, making a great first impression. Once our food was served, however, it became a bit difficult to find someone when we needed additional items or assistance. It seemed like they may have been a little understaffed during our visit, so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Overall, The Modern Rose offers a unique atmosphere, great food options, and a memorable dining experience. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you're looking for a beautiful place to enjoy a meal, celebrate a special occasion, or gather with friends.

We were told to try this place for breakfast. The atmosphere was great the food was just o.k. I ordered lightly toasted bread. It came out like a rock. It took some time to get the waitresses attention which was really sad as there was only one other table occupied at the time. My bacon and eggs we're not hot. My wife's eggs were cold also. By the time my properly toasted bread came, i was finished with my bacon and eggs. I also had to ask to have my water glass refilled. We told our friend who lives in the area about our experience there and she said if you asked me i would have suggested an alternative ad she had a put experience there also. We will not return!

This was a great experience for my friend Judy's birthday lunch. We were a small group, but larger ones were there. Excellent service. The place was busy and loud but we were still able to comfortably communicate. Our food was delicious. The menu has plenty of wonderful options. If I lived closer I would definitely stop more often.

I recently visited The Modern Rose in Delray Beach, and I was absolutely delighted by the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful breakfast, the dishes were delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. Everything we tried was enjoyable from start to finish. I’m especially thankful for the sweet birthday surprise—the key lime pie was delightful, and the staff singing ‘Happy Birthday’ made me feel so special. It was a beautiful touch that turned a great meal into an unforgettable celebration!”

I hosted a very special and emotional brunch at The Modern Rose to honor my daughter who passed away, and I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the care and compassion we received. The staff was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail beautifully honored her memory. It meant more than they will ever know. The food and drinks were delicious, every plate fresh and full of flavor, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. They created an atmosphere that felt warm, respectful, and full of heart, and I will forever be thankful for that. If you are looking for a place that not only serves amazing food but also truly cares about its guests, The Modern Rose is the place. I highly recommend them and will always hold this experience close to my heart.
