Amazing experience from start to finish! We recently visited Mochi Thai & Japanese Restaurant and absolutely loved it. Every dish we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The fried rice with pineapple and shrimp was delicious, the dumplings were perfectly seasoned, and the octopus sunomono was fresh and expertly prepared. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and welcoming — perfect for a date night, a family dinner, or a meal with friends. One of the best surprises was the pricing. The quality of the food and the portions are excellent, and the prices are very reasonable — not crazy at all. Mochi is truly the perfect place to enjoy great food and share a wonderful time. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

First time coming here and overall we were happy with the food. The place is pretty small, so once it gets busy it feels really packed. When we visited, there was only one person handling all the tables, so they definitely seemed understaffed. The server was friendly, but the menu wasn’t explained in much detail, and the wait time for food was over an hour. The food was good, prices are reasonable, the restaurant is clean, and there’s plenty of parking. If they add more staff, this place would be much better. I’d still recommend giving it a try.

We have been dining with this restaurant since the day of their soft opening. Loved their food, praising them many times for certain dishes or appetizers that were terrific. Couple occasions mentioned spring rolls were overcooked (once mushy inside, they explained the mom didn’t have time to make ordered from vendor another time outer shell light brown/ hard and chewy), not asking them to remove from bill just making them aware and lastly our Pad Thai we requested two stars and received no stars in dish. We asked if they could NOT remake but toss the spice in pan and reserve so it tastes as requested. They did so and we told them it was great. At end of bill gentleman explained they are picking up tab we told them absolutely not after fixing dish was great. They said if we not make you happy seek another restaurant. I told them we love your food just left out spice and spring rolls cooked to long. Fast foward to last night weeks later we sit to dine and asked to leave told we not make you happy remember! An almost Seinfeld Show “soup nazi”moment! Very embarrassing. So if you are unhappy whatsoever with your dish overcooked or missing an ingredient yet like to dine at this restaurant here I recommend you not speak up as you will be banned from dining there! Unbelievable.

The sushi was super fresh and flavorful. Best Tako Yaki I've ever had. The Thai dishes like Tom Kha and Namsod were visually beautiful as well as tasty. Very cute spot and the people are attentive and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed and adding to the regular local rotation!

I’m so happy that I came to this place 😍 food was 10/10 service was great. The chef came to meet us and he was very kind the place is really clean and I loved the service I’m really grateful cause you guys opened this place. I absolutely love it and I’m coming back again. Thank you!!! I had; Takoyaki, coconut shrimp, Rock and roll roll Oceanic roll , crab wontons and spring egg rolls And chicken ramen . Everything was delicious I’m so happy I found authentic food in this town. Absolutely recommend and I’m coming back to try everything on the menu!! Lol
