Had an amazing experience at Taki Omakase in Delray Beach! Every piece of fish we tried was incredibly fresh, delicious, and enjoyable—none of it had that overly “fishy” taste. There was a bunch of textures and variety of fish you really can't find at your typical sushi restaurant. You could really tell how high-quality and fresh everything was. The chef was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each dish and what we were eating, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We also tried four different types of sake, and each one was unique and refreshing. The Yuzu Spritz was definitely my favorite drink to have throughout the meal! They also wrapped up the meal with a sorbet dessert that gave a nice cleanse at the end for all the delicious food. The servers were also very attentive and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire experience. Overall, an excellent omakase experience with amazing food, drinks, and service. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience at Taki Omakase in Delray. They serve sushi with a flair adding high quality ingredients to each dish, going beyond the main item of each dish. Service was immaculate and the atmosphere is classy and warm. The Sushi chefs were friendly and engaging. Will definitely come back. This restaurant is currently bookable via Chase Sapphire Reserve option in OpenTable so you get 150$ credit if you haven’t used it yet. Great deal. Without Sake it’s 180$ +tax and 20pct tip for 18 dishes.

Taki Omakase made my birthday dinner an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel like honored guests. Every course was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. You can truly tell the chefs are passionate about their craft, and every bite was an experience on its own. What made the evening even more special was the attention to detail and the effort the team put into making my birthday feel celebrated. The intimate atmosphere, exceptional hospitality, and outstanding food came together to create one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion—or simply want one of the best omakase experiences around—Taki Omakase is absolutely worth visiting. Taki Omakase in Delray Beach is, without question, the best omakase experience I have had in South Florida, and I have tried many. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a special place. The restaurant is small and intimate, with very limited seating for each experience, which is exactly what you want for a true high quality omakase. It feels personal, focused, and elevated in all the right ways. I did the 17 course sushi menu, and every single course was exceptional. The quality of the fish and ingredients is on a completely different level from other omakase spots in the area. Everything is prepared right in front of you in classic omakase fashion, and you can genuinely taste the care and technique in every bite. All of the sauces are made in house and you can absolutely tell. The flavors are clean, balanced, and incredibly delicious. I honestly wanted to drink the ponzu sauce. The staff is highly attentive and friendly, and they find a perfect balance between being engaging and knowing when to step back and let you simply enjoy the experience. You never feel rushed, and you never feel ignored. The owner, Anthony, is amazing. He is clearly highly skilled in his craft, but he is also informative, entertaining, and full of great stories. He is very funny with the right crowd and makes the entire evening feel fun and relaxed while still being refined. He even shared multiple sake shots with the guests, which added to the sense that you are part of something special rather than just another table. The overall quality of the food at Taki Omakase is the best I have experienced at any omakase in South Florida. Every detail, from the fish to the rice to the house made sauces, is thoughtful and precise. You can feel the passion behind every course. If you love sushi or you are looking for a memorable dining experience, Taki Omakase in Delray Beach should be at the very top of your list.

Best dinner and best service I’ve had in a while. Never had my drink empty, it didn't feel rushed, left so full, Chefs had the best personality and really knew what they were doing. My boyfriend has a Citrus allergy and they accommodated very very well! 11/10 would come back and I recommend everyone to go here!
