Dining at Chops Lobster Bar was an absolute delight! My family and I visited to celebrate my father’s retirement, and we were treated like royalty. The service was impeccable, the ambiance was enchanting, and the food was simply divine. It was a truly exceptional experience, and I highly recommend it. Definitely be returning soon!! 10/10!!

This is an honest review of our experience. Our server was kind and professional, and we tipped on the full bill before any comps. The manager also comped all of our food, which we appreciated. The drinks, caviar, fries, ambiance, and service were great. Unfortunately, the scallops were chewy, the well-done steak was charred, the salmon sauce had separated, and the extra hollandaise was cold. Service was very slow—our 7:00 pm reservation didn’t receive entrées until after 8:30 pm. The staff offered to remake the dishes, but by then we were done. The team was professional and made an effort to recover.

Absolutely amazing experience! We sat at a bar table and loved the energy! upscale, lively, and such a great vibe. Francois, our server bartender, was fantastic attentive, professional, and made incredible recommendations. The steak was amazing Specialty Filet Mignon "Pepper Steak". The service truly stood out. Vanessa, the singer, was phenomenal and brought such great energy to the room. Her voice made the night even more special. Great atmosphere, amazing service, and overall an unforgettable evening. I definitely be back! Is my 4rd visit to the restaurant

We had a lovely experience at Chops Lobster Bar, especially sitting at an outdoor table, which made for a great atmosphere. The tuna tartare was very fresh and well prepared. We also ordered the scallops and the Chilean sea bass—both were delicious and cooked nicely, though they leaned a bit on the salty side and could benefit from lighter seasoning. The key lime pie was fine, but not particularly memorable. Service throughout the meal was friendly and attentive. Overall, a very enjoyable dinner with great food and ambiance, just a few small tweaks away from perfection.

A Culinary Gem Worth Every Penny While Chops may be a bit of a splurge for the average diner, the experience and cuisine are undeniably worth it. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I can say the adventure of exploring an exquisite, thoughtfully crafted menu is part of what makes dining out so exciting -- and this place delivered on every level. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was refined yet inviting. The staff was impressively attentive, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Not being entirely familiar with the menu didn't matter -- our server (whose name I, unfortunately, didn't catch) was incredibly knowledgeable and offered spot-on recommendations that truly enhanced the meal. The cocktail specials were expertly crafted and refreshing. Appetizers like the fried lobster tail morsels and the Maryland-style jumbo lump crab cake were nothing short of phenomenal -- quite possibly the best I've ever had. For entrées, the Chilean sea bass Hong Kong-style with sesame soy broth, sautéed spinach, and jasmine rice was absolutely divine. The stuffed 2lb lobster was rich and flavorful, and the lobster mac and cheese was comfort food on a gourmet level. We capped the meal off with a slice of decadent cheesecake that was the perfect sweet finish. This isn't the spot for a quick, inexpensive bite -- but if you're in search of exceptional food, elegant ambiance, and service that goes above and beyond, Chops Lobster Bar is an unforgettable fine dining destination.
