If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I want to give a huge shoutout to the manager, I believe his name may have been Kevin. My 70-year-old father was trying to drive home when his phone died. He recently moved and, without his GPS, wasn't sure how to navigate back to his new home. He stopped at multiple places along the way, simply asking if he could charge his phone for a few minutes or if someone could help GPS him home. Not a single person would help him. He eventually pulled into The Brass Ring and was initially told they couldn't help him either, until the manager came out. This man charged my dad's phone, gave him a drink, and gave him a place to sit for a few minutes until his phone had enough battery to safely navigate home. As his daughter, knowing my dad was alone, lost, and just trying to find his way home, it genuinely breaks my heart that he had to stop at multiple places before someone showed him just a little kindness. What may have felt like a small gesture to this manager meant more to me and my family than he probably realizes. In a world where people are often too busy to go out of their way for a stranger, I am so incredibly grateful that he did. The Brass Ring has absolutely gained my business, and I hope this review makes its way back to the manager who helped my dad. Thank you for looking out for him when he needed it most.

Great food and service! Really enjoyed the turkey BLT sandwich along with fried pickles and nachos. Everything was delicious and service was fantastic as well. The wait for a table can be a bit long on weekends during peak times as expected but once seated, service is very quick and everything was great! Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Portions are also fantastic and pricing is very fair!

Hands down, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries, and it was absolutely out of this world—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The fries were crisp and golden, the perfect complement. I also tried their new chicken pot pie and was seriously impressed. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside, while the inside was filled with rich, savory soup and tender chicken—comfort food at its finest. The mashed potatoes were smooth and buttery, cooked just right. If you’re looking for a spot with great food and generous portions, Brass Ring Pub should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend!

I used to go to the location in PBG years ago and always enjoyed it. Decided to try this location and get carry out. The woman on the phone was really nice and you could tell it was busy. When I arrived there were people waiting outside the door. I ordered the Fried Gator, Fried Calamari, Chicken Tenders, and the Mushroom Swiss Burger. All of it has been really good. No complaints!

Great food, chill pub atmosphere and cold beer. Also a pretty big parking lot which is perfect for me since I almost always have a trailer I’m towing. Sweet tea is pretty tasty! Also jukebox to play some tunes!
