First time visit today - me my husband and our 2.8 year old. Arrived at 11 ish on a Sunday and they gave us a beeper (it's a beeper and not a buzzer and it's pretty loud when it goes off). Because it was so hot and muggy out we decided to wait in the car, ended up waiting 10-15 min for our beeper to go off. Food and service were excellent! We were seated in the back and they kept checking on us to make sure we were ok, but not in a way that was annoying. I think they wanted to make sure we were being taken care of and they seemed accommodating to our toddler. Decorations were cute, helped us learn a bit of the history of the place, and I loved that my mug was when Bealls celebrated a milestone anniversary back in the 80s. That gave the place more charm. Our only issue was a seasonal problem which is mainly why I took away a star for atmosphere. We sat in the back corner at prime brunch time on a 92 degree day and because the door kept opening with customers and it was packed in there it got really hot back in our corner. We were all sweating, plus drinking hot coffee and eating hot food didn't help the situation. By the time we left around noon it was emptying out and cooling off significantly. Our waitress said they had just had the AC serviced. It was clearly having a hard time keeping up with the hustle and bustle of the place in this heat. That and the waitress corner with he computer was right next to our booth so the place felt a little cramped at max capacity. On a cooler day out the experience would have been almost perfect. We will be back when it's cooler outside for sure! The outdoor patio looked really nice. Inside is small but charming.

Best soul food restaurant in the area. Only open for breakfast & lunch. Their staff is amazing. Ask for Jenn. We got the pork chops & added a side of their sausage gravy. They are famous for it. Can have a wait since it's so popular. Outside, inside or bar seating. Desserts can't be beat. Peach & cherry cobblers were amazing!

Food is great, southern style breakfast. My waffle was a bit bland and kind of mushy but it was overall good. My husband loved his food. Outdoor seating is really nice and you'll probably get a visit from the chickens they have walking around. They are BEAUTIFUL by the way. Not the regular chickens you see roaming around the streets of Miami, LOL. The waitresses are really nice. I haven't sat inside yet but have had great service outside while enjoying the atmosphere.

Visited Country Inn Restaurant and had a wonderful experience! The food here was very good, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. What truly stood out were the servers—they were absolutely lovely, awesome, and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a meal in a small, cozy, and inviting environment. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast or lunch!

A real Southern American breakfast! Great portions and amazing service, I always enjoy coming here, probably one of my favorite breakfast spots, and the biscuits and gravy are always so delicious!!
