Visited Stir both for dinner and for a drink. They have a unique array of options on the menu and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The crab artichoke dip as well as the snapper was delicious. The bar staff was very friendly and made delicious drinks. The bar itself is small with not much seating, but there is ample seating through the inside and outside.

My wife and I celebrated my birthday at Stir at the Eau Palm Beach, and it was a truly special evening from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant without being stuffy, exactly the kind of place you want for a meaningful occasion. The food was excellent — every dish was beautifully prepared and the quality absolutely matched the setting. Nothing felt rushed or ordinary. The service matched it step for step: attentive, warm, and genuinely gracious. Our server made us feel like the evening was entirely about us, which on a birthday night means everything. But the real surprise was the guitarist performing in the foyer — Arturo Romay. This man is the real deal. We learned he’s shared the stage with legends like Celine Cruz, Marc Anthony, and many more, and you can absolutely hear that pedigree in every note he plays. What struck me most wasn’t just his extraordinary talent, though — it was how approachable and humble he was. He carries all that experience lightly, connecting with guests like he’s playing just for you. Arturo transformed what was already a wonderful dinner into a full experience. If he’s performing when you visit, stop, listen, and say hello. You won’t regret it. Stir at the Eau gets everything right. Highly recommend for any special occasion.

AMAZING SUSHI, by far the best I have have ever had! The freshness exceeded anything I have experienced and the flavors burst in the mouth. I ordered the vegetable roll and the spicy tuna roll. The vegetable roll was a combination of sweet potato, asparagus, avocado and cucumber in one and each had its own flavor to excite the palette. The spicy tuna was silky smooth, the sticky rice was fresh, absolutely amazing! This is a must for anyone!

We stayed at the hotel and decided to have a drink before leaving. Sitting outside with ocean view and sipping a caipirinha couldn't have been a better combination. Complimentary snacks gave it a very sophisticated touch to complement the place and the cocktail. Our server, Fatih, was really friendly and professional. We're definitely coming back.
