Great spot, great bar area with live piano music. Make a reservation in advance because it’s packed, food was a 4.5, and service was a 4.2. They made 2 mistakes, one they fixed, one they tried to fix and forgot. Then they said they were taking something off the bill, yet they tried to charge us anyway. I thought the waiter was being sneaky about it. We didn’t ask, they offered. Then they promised a free dessert, that never made it to the table after 30 mins of waiting. Again we didn’t ask for it, they offered lol. Will definitely go back because food was good and great overall experience.

Our visit to Eddie V's in Palm Beach Gardens was outstanding! Eddie V's delivers an exceptional dining experience that is truly worthy of five stars. From the moment we walked through the door, the hostesses made us feel genuinely welcomed, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. The Happy Hour menu offers an amazing variety of upscale selections, including decadent lobster bites, flavorful crab cakes, and perfectly prepared filet sliders. Every dish was masterfully crafted, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The cocktails were expertly made, served ice cold, and complemented the meal perfectly. They have an impressive wine selection too. Combined with the live nightly music, the atmosphere was elegant yet warm, comfortable, and inviting. What truly sets Eddie V's apart is its impeccable, customer-focused service. Our server, Sara, made our anniversary celebration incredibly special. She was attentive, anticipatory, and genuinely caring, making sure every detail of our evening was perfect without ever being intrusive. When she learned we were celebrating our anniversary, she surprised us with complimentary glasses of champagne and dessert: flaming Bananas Foster and warm chocolate cookies, and a beautiful red rose. All thoughtful gestures that made the evening even more memorable. Every detail, from the outstanding food and presentation to the personalized service and sophisticated ambiance, to the upscale decor, reflected the highest standards of fine dining. Eddie V's has mastered the art of making every guest feel valued and celebrated. Whether you're enjoying Happy Hour, a romantic dinner, or celebrating a special occasion, this restaurant consistently delivers an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return!

My husband and I celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary yesterday and made a last-minute reservation to try this new Eddie V's location. Eddie V's has been one of our favorite restaurants for years, and this visit reminded us exactly why. When making our reservation, we requested a few special touches for our anniversary, and they absolutely delivered. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. I mentioned that I was cold, and the lovely hostess immediately brought me a shawl, which was such a thoughtful gesture. As we were taking a photo together, the hostess kindly offered to take it for us. She then surprised us by having it printed and placed in a beautiful Eddie V's commemorative card frame for us to take home. It was such a thoughtful keepsake, and the picture came out beautifully. It's these small, unexpected touches that make such a lasting impression and truly elevate the overall dining experience. Our server, Rachel, was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated, greeting us with a beautiful anniversary card and complimentary champagne. We started with the Maine Lobster Bisque, followed by the Morel-Crusted Lamb Chops, Butter-Poached Lobster Mashed Potatoes, and the Crab Fried Rice with Mushrooms and Scallions. Every dish was delicious. There was a slight issue with the lamb chops being a bit too salty, but the way the team handled it was truly impressive. They immediately offered to remake the dish, and the chef personally came to our table to apologize and hand-delivered the freshly prepared lamb chops himself. Shortly after, the sales manager also stopped by to apologize and ensure we were enjoying the rest of our evening. It's rare to find a restaurant that not only serves incredible food but also genuinely cares about the guest experience. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail was second to none. Eddie V's has earned customers for life. Thank you to Rachel, the chef, the management team, and everyone who made our anniversary so memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better evening. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I recently celebrated our one-year anniversary here, and I truly can’t thank the staff enough for making it such an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made our special day even more meaningful. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was beautiful and romantic. The food quality and service that we received was simply excellent! We started with the Hope Diamond Cocktail, which is so artistically prepared. The Burrata and Beet Appetizer tasted as great as it looked. My wife chose the Scallops as her entrée, and I chose the Parmesan Crusted Sole; both were cooked perfectly… Juicy, Tender and Simply Delicious! And what a treat the dessert that we chose was to the eyes and the palette; flambéed right at the table. The service provided by our waiter, Andres, and his Service Assistant was EXCELLENT as well… It was my wife’s birthday, and they certainly made it a special occasion for her, and thus, for me!
