Bourbon Steak Delray Beach was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant and inviting, and the service was truly on another level—I honestly don’t know if I’ve been anywhere with better service. A special shoutout to our server, Josh, who was incredibly knowledgeable and made the evening even more memorable. He put on a great show while preparing our Old Fashioneds tableside, and they were absolutely perfect. Our table ordered a variety of steaks along with the short rib dish, and every plate was outstanding. One of our favorite touches was that instead of traditional complimentary bread, they bring out three different seasoned French fry preparations paired with three sauces—a unique and delicious way to start the meal. Between the incredible food, flawless cocktails, outstanding service, and thoughtful details throughout the experience, Bourbon Steak absolutely exceeded expectations. We loved everything about it and can’t wait to return.

What an amazing 1 year anniversary event for Bourbon steak! So happy we attended and we enjoyed every minute of it! Service and staff were fantastic and attention to details was great! Kudos to Kevin and Ashley as they stopped by and constantly checked on us multiple times to assure we were fine. By far one of our fav dining spots in Palm Beach county! We drive 30 mins just for the steaks… its that good!

My husband and I were searching for a regular spot to enjoy a weekly getaway together, and we were both excited to visit this place for the first time. Even though we were running a bit behind, a lovely hostess greeted us and seated us right away. The menu offers a great variety of vegetarian choices, and the salads, especially the wedge salad, were fresh and delicious. We found that combining a few side dishes made for an excellent entree. Every part of the meal was perfectly prepared, high-quality, and flavorful. We will definitely be returning to explore more of the menu!

​I visited Bourbon Steak for my birthday on July 17th, and I was completely blown away—starting with the service (we’ll get to the food in a moment!). From the moment my party arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and promptly shown to our table. Just as we were taking in the beautiful atmosphere, our server arrived. When asked if we were celebrating anything special, I mentioned it was my birthday. A few quick minutes later, they brought out complimentary champagne for the entire party. Small, generous touches like that do not go unnoticed, and it prompted me to look up the restaurant group on the spot—discovering it’s helmed by a Michelin-starred chef. Before our food even hit the table, I knew we were in for something special. ​Things only got better from there. The tableside-crafted Old Fashioned was fantastic. While enjoying our cocktails, they brought out a complimentary bread service that completely stole the show—this was, bar none, the best bread I have ever had in my life, and it’s not even close. Buttery, fluffy, and unbelievably flavorful. That was followed shortly by incredible signature muffins that were also on the house. As for the main event, the steaks, entrees, and sides were phenomenal. I’ve eaten steak in a lot of places, and this is without a doubt right at the top of the list. ​As we walked out, my whole party agreed: that is how you run a restaurant. Those extra details and genuine hospitality are what separate the good places from the truly great ones. We can't wait to return!

The best steakhouse in Delray—no need to overthink it. This is the place you're looking for. Chef Mario has a magic touch. Every dish is crafted to perfection, and it honestly feels like he's cooking for the gods. The service is impeccable, and the food is absolutely outstanding. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.
