This was the best dining experience I’ve ever had in Palm Beach County when you consider both the food and the service. We had the 5-course tasting menu and added a dish from the summer truffle offerings. I really appreciated that the restaurant offered such a great tasting menu for just $68, and also made it easy and affordable to try a delicious truffle dish. The food was truly excellent. Each course had its own flavors, and there wasn’t a single dish that wasn’t great on its own. But if the food was amazing, the service was spectacular. Ali and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make our anniversary feel special. Ali knew the menu very well and gave us great suggestions. On top of that, everyone we spoke with was kind and welcoming. We felt relaxed and taken care of the whole evening. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a must-try in Palm Beach County for any occasion.
We had the 5-course tasting menu and every dish was outstanding. The portions were perfectly balanced — generous enough to be satisfying yet allowing us to enjoy all courses comfortably. Each plate was elegantly decorated and showcased true fine dining. Aly, our server, was prompt and gracious, and a family member of the owner warmly welcomed us, making the evening even more special. Highly recommend Salute!
EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!! Is all I can say. From the food to the service to the atmosphere. So glad I made reservations here to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Even though this was our first time here, it will definitely not be the last! Valentina and Ali are awesome. Their service, menu knowledge and attention to detail is outstanding. They made us feel special!!!! Hats off to the chefs. Both my wife and I chose to try the 5 course tasting dinner with it being our first time at Salute. What a great representation of what Salute offers. Every dish tasted better than the last. Everything we ordered on the tasting menu was phenomenal.
The food is excellent as well as the service, they made special dishes for the kids and prepared pasta sauce that was not in the menu, a very nice couple were playing live music. The entire family was happy and pleased. We will came back again for sure. Totally recommend.
We stopped by Salute for a spontaneous anniversary lunch, and our bar tender/ server Manny made it truly special. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely caring, with a wonderful attention to detail that elevated the whole experience. It’s rare to find someone so thoughtful and dedicated to great service. Manny went above and beyond to make our day memorable we left feeling so appreciated and will definitely be back because of him!
