From the moment I walked into Rosalia's, I was impressed. The space is beautifully designed... simple, clean, and incredibly welcoming. The display case showcases an enticing assortment of pastries and baked goods. The selection isn't huge, but that's part of the charm... there's more than enough to choose from because everything looks so good. I chose the Macon Apple Loaf, served with a generous dollop of lightly sweetened whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon... it was fantastic... incredibly moist with subtle, well-balanced flavors. Of course, Rosalia's has become known for the fresh flowers taped to its to-go drinks. It's a charming, thoughtful touch, but little details like that only matter when the product itself is exceptional... and from everything I saw and heard from fellow guests, it clearly is. I had no doubt. During my brief conversation with Rosalia when I picked up my order, it was immediately obvious how passionate she is about what she's creating. Nothing here feels accidental. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the food to the presentation to the warm hospitality. It's so refreshing to find a casual neighborhood café with this kind of heart... you can truly feel the love. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I stopped by Rosalía’s Botanical Café and was genuinely impressed. The café is absolutely beautiful, with a bright, welcoming atmosphere, gorgeous floral décor, and plenty of comfortable seating both inside and outside. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, or enjoy a quiet coffee break or if you’re early for your eye lash appointment, next door. I ordered one of their floral-infused beverages, and it was not only visually gorgeous but also incredibly refreshing and flavorful (I wish I got a bigger size). The edible flowers, dried citrus, and infused ice cubes made it feel like a work of art. You can tell they put a lot of care into presentation and quality. I also ordered food. But I was so hungry I didn’t get to take a picture. But it was delicious. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to explain the menu and make recommendations. I’ll absolutely be back!

I just tried Rosalia’s Cafe and I’m already planning my next visit! I was dropping a package off at UPS and saw that it was finally open so I went to check out what it was and what they serve. Being a coffee lover, I was over the moon that it’s a cafe coffee shop. The service was excellent from start to finish. Ordering was smooth and everything came out super fast. I grabbed a Biscoff iced latte to go, and it was absolutely delicious. The owners were on site and super friendly and helpful in making my choice of what to get and explaining the menu. I really appreciate that most of their ingredients are clean and made in-house (with just a few syrups sourced elsewhere). You can tell they care about quality. They also offer a great variety—teas, coffees, matcha, and pastries—so there’s something for everyone. It’s newly opened and definitely worth checking out. The ambiance is amazing! Love the cute floral vibe! This will definitely be a trip with the girls for a coffee date!!

Beautiful experience, kind and warm owners and staff, Absolutely loved this place. We randomly picked it as a stop in between where we were heading, and it ended up being one of the best little finds. The rose coconut latte was not only beautiful but honestly tasted incredible. We also ordered the peach smoothie and a cake pop for the little guy. Everything looked thoughtfully made and presented with so much care. You can truly tell they pay attention to every detail from the drinks and pastries to the atmosphere itself. The space is gorgeous, calming, and feels like people genuinely love what they do here. So happy we stumbled upon it. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re anywhere nearby.
