What a great meal at Isla & Co. I was in Palm Beach for a day trip and came across this place. It ended up being one of the highlights of the day. I had the crispy chicken sandwich, the power bowl, and a flat white. Everything was excellent, starting with the coffee. The flat white was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of acidity and brightness, exactly the kind of coffee I enjoy. The power bowl brought together a variety of flavors and textures that worked beautifully. Every bite was as enjoyable as the last. The standout, however, was the crispy chicken sandwich. Easily one of the best I’ve had. The chicken was perfectly fried with an outstanding crust, and the spicy sauce complemented it exceptionally well. Service was friendly and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience and a meal that exceeded expectations. 100% recommended.

Just so happened to be up in Palm Beach and tried this place out and boy do I regret it...because it's not closer to me so I can frequently return. It was deliscous and the service was great. The food was amazing. A little confusing finding the restaurant but so thankful I did. Best espresso martini I think I've ever had. They roast their own beans. Also the kangaroo skewers, the sausage rolls, the pesto pasta, the truffle fries and the cheese sticks were all incredible. Some of the dishes names are wrong that I listed, but they were all amazing!!! The waiter told us it's hard to pick because everything is good and he was right. Everything we picked was amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Isla & Co. is unique & delicious! My Mom sent a gift card for my & my husband's April birthdays, & we had a delightful brunch celebration! I had the smaller breakfast plate (Mini Big Brekkie), which was plenty, & Joe had a very tasty breakfast burrito. There was mention of our birthdays, & our amazing waiter brought us a dessert of Sticky Date Pudding with a candle! Everything was extremely good! We will be back, & now we're inspired to visit Australia for an Aussie breakfast in person! Many items can be prepared gluten free! Thanks, Mom!

Definitely make a visit. I came two nights in a row on a business trip. Sawyer was great with his hospitality and time explaining the food and beverage menu and was a craftsman with the beverages. Over two nights I had the fisherman’s basket which was fresh, crunchy and tasty and the Caesar as well as the ‘roo 🦘skewers. So good! I also enjoyed the basil gimlet and some Tim Tam fat washed espresso martini that will knock your socks off and make you want 5. Great vibes- easy parking.

We stopped at Isla @ Co on our way to the airport in Palm Beach and were so glad we did. We ordered to go since we were on our way to the airport. I ordered the Regular Lemon Broccolini Orecchiette and added shrimp and avocado (worth the extra charge!). It was absolutely delicious, and the portion was very generous. My husband had the Power Bowl with added chicken and avocado, which was fresh, flavorful, and filling. I had the iced chai latte and he had an iced green tea—both were great. You can really tell all the ingredients are high-quality and made in-house. The vibe inside is super cool with lots of plants, and the manager even came over to check on us and see how we were enjoying everything, which made the experience even better. Everything was very clean, and even the bathrooms were top-notch. High-quality food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. We’re really glad we stopped and would absolutely come back!
