We received a warm welcome right from the moment we arrived. We loved the décor and the atmosphere. The service was excellent; we never ran out of water or anything else. The creative names of the cocktails made us want to try them all. The beef dumplings and the "Aqua San" surf-and-turf roll were exquisite, as were the salmon and yellowtail nigiri. The portion of shrimp served with the fried rice was generous. And the chicken curry was delicious. The chef was very attentive, personally checking to see how was the kids' burger. Overall, everything was perfect, from the water to the dessert. You absolutely must try the Key Lime Alaska, which is flambéed right at your table.

Absolutely fantastic new restaurant! My friends and I went to Aquasan for their happy hour to celebrate a birthday. The decor was lovely, the staff was incredibly friendly and the bartender was awesome. Everything we got was delicious and as a table we almost ordered everything on the happy hour menu. You have to try the pop pop shrimp and Brussel sprouts! I highly recommend Aquasan and I will definitely be back!

I feel like the reviews are high for here because of the atmosphere, which is beautiful, but the food was not. Extreamly expensive for what you get. The Crab Rangoon Spring Rolls had no flavor and the Wagyu Beef Dumplings were extremely salty. The Juno Roll sounded really good, but there was a strong lemon flavor which is not referenced on the menu. Sides are a la carte. I ordered the New York Strip and the local caught. I wanted to order the Steak Tips Yakitori, but they were out of Filet Mignon. In fact, there were a few things in the menu where the protein was switched. Note, the bathroom sinks are really strange. The faucets are not an up and down handle to get water. You have to pull them out. Overall, will not be back.

This restaurant exceeded all of our expectations! The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The drinks were just as impressive, not only made to perfection but also beautifully presented. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A huge shoutout to the manager, Alex, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can truly tell they care about providing an exceptional dining experience. Our server, Aiden, was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire meal. He made sure we had everything we needed and provided top-notch service. If you come here, definitely ask for Aiden! Overall, an easy 10/10 experience.
