Ramen Lab Eatery is a great happy hour spot with a fun sushi twist. We started with the tuna crispy rice, sesame crusted and topped with a spicy tuna mix and a drizzle of spicy mayo, really good textural contrast between the crunch and the fish. The tuna bomb roll was fried and packed with flavor, one of the better specialty rolls we've had in a while. Edamame came with a chili flake seasoning that kicked it up a notch from the usual plain steamed version. We also got the pan seared gyoza, crispy on the bottom and juicy inside, and paired everything with hot sake and a Kirin draft. To finish, we split a Thai tea boba from their Snow Bunny counter, which was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Our happy hour bartender Susan made the whole experience even better. She was attentive without hovering, checked in at the right times, and clearly knew the menu well when we asked questions. Service like that goes a long way. The space itself has a cool aesthetic too, cherry blossom decor along the shelving and a nice ambient vibe that fits the food. Great combo of quality food, good drinks, and genuinely friendly service. Will be back.

Very cool atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food and drinks! My daughter enjoyed the lychee slushy and the kid ramen was a great value for $10. I have another meal leftover from half of my vegan ramen I didn't finish. The Ban Tan (pickled veggies) was yummy to start. The midnight brownie and ice cream was a great way to finish - chocolate oozed out! Sara was our server and was very attentive and friendly! Highly recommend for a quick, delicious meal!

Love the Ramen from here. Order chicken Ramen to go and it was so good. Homemade fresh noodles, ground chicken, delicious spices, and an excellent broth ordered online and it was ready for pick up when I arrived. Had one of the new Boba’s too… sweet and thirst quenching with plenty of tapioca beads.

I wanted so bad to love this place, but Customer Service wise, price, portion size and lacking severely. We sat outside when we ate here 1st week of January. It was a nice cool night, and I love the tables out near the water fountain. The little tap lights are a nice touch. We sat down and it took about 10 min before a man came to us and asked for our drink order. He was quick and attentive though. We came for a certain app and was informed that they were out as they had been very busy. He took our order and then he left. So we were left with a very busy and distracted server. The ramen was good, large portions, the apps were good as well just super tiny. I had the Fried Chicken dish which was ok, I’m not crazy about dark meat, wish I would have asked. 1st. The potato salad was a weird addition and I did not like it and there were semi blanched veggie on the plate. No sauce no real taste. So over all for $105 it wasn’t worth the experience. As we waited to get the check for over 15 min and had to ask the front staff who was standing at the register for to-go boxes. And not only did they seem annoyed but I had to wait to be acknowledged because they were too busy talking to each other. We will come back to do take out as we are dying to try the fried mushroom Bao Bun app. But we would never eat here again, too much money for poor customer service experience.

We came for a special ticketed event. It was a Robatayaki Tasting Dinner and we were super excited. The experience was great. As each course was presented, we were given a story behind the inspiration and idea behind each dish. From the owner to the servers and even the chefs, the service was fantastic. I think that they were all just as excited about the event as we were. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was delightful. And the vibes were awesome. We had a wonderful evening and can’t wait to come back
