I had an amazing experience at Ramen 369! I ordered the Vegan Ramen with 100% vegetable broth, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful without feeling heavy, and adding Udon noodles for just $1 made it even more enjoyable—thick, chewy, and perfect for soaking up all that goodness. I also tried the Okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake), and it was a standout dish on its own. Crisp on the outside, fluffy inside, and packed with savory flavor—definitely one of the best I’ve had.

After a long day traveling, I searched high and low for a worthy spot for dinner. Tons of restaurants between here and Coral Springs — while they all looked nice, I just wasn't excited about any of them...not a drinker, not in the mood for an adhd menu, and a terrible solo diner. I'm really glad I settled on my decision to come here. It's a small, authentic ramen bar located in the cute part of town. Nothing flashy "for the vibe", just cozy and welcoming — a great sign that the focus is exactly where it should be: the food, which was absolutely delicious and cooked with care. I had the BEST okonomiyaki I've ever had (I'm really picky) and the tonkotsu shoyu ramen melted the crazy workday away. Can't wait to beeline to this gem again!

The tonkotsu ramen was incredible. Great spot to grab a quick delicious bite. There’s a sit down bar and you order and pay at a screen. Very efficient and straightforward.
