Stopped in for lunch, tried the pizza. Quality ingredients and made well. I had pepperoni, again they used a quality product and not the average pepperoni you would normally get. The atmosphere was very nice and service was great. Definitely worth going and look forward to trying other things on the menu!

Just tried this new pizzeria in Wellington and I’ve got to say — it’s the closest thing I’ve had to back home since moving down from up north three years ago. NY/NJ. The garlic knots were hands down the best I’ve had since being in Florida — perfectly seasoned, soft inside, and just the right amount of garlic. Garlic knot sliders would be a good add-on to the menu, just saying... The calamari was crispy and light, not gummy or chewy like you sometimes get. Big win there. The pizza itself was solid — good sauce, good balance, and overall really satisfying. Next time I’ll probably order the pie well done, but that’s just a personal preference on my end. Staff was friendly, the place was busy (always a good sign), and the whole experience was great. Wishing you continued success and definitely looking forward to ordering again!

I can’t believe Rosie’s Pizza in Wellington has only been open for one week. The food tastes like they’ve been perfecting their recipes for years, and it shows because this family has been running the pizza business since the 1970s with roots from Augy’s of Boca Raton. The Sicilian pizza is incredible, thick, airy, and perfectly crisp on the bottom with that rich, cheesy flavor you can’t stop eating. The shrimp Parmesan and chicken Francese are both outstanding, cooked with authentic Italian flavor and served with generous portions. The pappardelle vodka sauce is another must-try, creamy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant has such a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, and everyone who works there makes you feel right at home. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again. If you’re looking for authentic Italian comfort food, great service, and a welcoming environment, Rosie’s Pizza is a true gem.

Our first time trying Rosie’s was a good experience! We ordered on their website and my husband went and picked it up. The food was ready when he got there and that was a smooth process. We got a large Hawaiian pizza and the Italian Roll. The Hawaiian had good sized pieces of ham and crispy bacon on it. The crust was delicious! The Italian roll was so good! They did not skimp on the cheese or meat and it came with marinara sauce for dipping. It was huge! I gave the atmosphere 4 stars just because he said it was pretty loud in there but I can’t really say since we weren’t eating there. My husband is usually so picky about pizza crust but he was very impressed. The location is super convenient for us and we will definitely be returning to try more of their menu!

We had such a wonderful night out! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting; the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, which made the experience even better. Every single dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. It’s not often that everything at the table impresses, but this place truly delivered from start to finish. We left full, happy, and already talking about what we’ll order next time. We will definitely be back!
