​❌ Avoid This Place: Raw Food, Terrible Service, and High Prices ​Overall Rating: 1/5 ​I rarely write reviews this negative, but my recent experience here was so fundamentally awful from start to finish that I feel obligated to warn others. I rated this based on food quality, service, atmosphere, and cost, and almost every single category failed. ​Food Quality & Management: 0/5 (Completely Raw) I ordered a deep-dish/Sicilian-style pizza, and it arrived with a thick layer of completely raw, unbaked dough directly under the cheese. I could literally take my fork, scrape the wet dough off, and roll it into new dough balls. It tasted overwhelmingly like pure yeast because it hadn't actually been cooked through. ​When I complained, the server called the owner over. Instead of apologizing and fixing it, the owner completely gaslit me. He tried to claim that raw, gooey dough is "traditional Sicilian style." That is flat-out false. Traditional Sicilian pizza is airy and baked through like a soft focaccia—it is not wet clay. He simply refused to admit a kitchen mistake and tried to hide behind a fake history lesson. ​Service: 1/5 The tone was set the second I sat down. The server greeted me, said she'd give me a few minutes, and then walked over to a nearby table where she proceeded to loudly complain about how slow the restaurant was. She went on a whole rant about a lack of customers, people not picking up shifts, and how she wasn't making enough tips. She explicitly muttered that if people can't afford to tip higher than $10 (or $2 to $4 on a tab), they "should just stay home or get takeaway." ​After making me feel incredibly uncomfortable, she proceeded to give me the absolute bare minimum of service. I got exactly one drink at the start, someone else ran my food out, and she only bothered to ask if I wanted another drink right before hand-delivering the bill. ​Atmosphere: 2/5 The overall vibe was okay, but the cutlery and crockery are severely old, dated, and worn out. When my food arrived, I actually thought my plate was dirty and oily. On closer inspection, it wasn't grease—the enamel coating was completely scratched and worn off the plates. It looks terrible and unhygienic. ​Cost: 1/5 This was hands-down the most expensive pizza I have ever bought in my life, which makes the raw quality even more insulting. It costs $22 just for a plain cheese base. From there, they charge anywhere from $3.50 to nearly $7 per topping. ​The Verdict: It is absolutely not worth your money or your time. Maybe their other dishes are cooked through, but from a pizza perspective, save your hard-earned cash. Between the raw dough, the overpriced menu, the complaining staff, and an owner who lies to his customers' faces, you should avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Easter dinner was delicious. I had chicken piccata. I loved the added touch of roasted red peppers to the meal. Jason was wonderful. He was able to answer questions about the specials without having to go ask anyone. Can't end without saying the garlic rolls hit the spot. Yummy

First time trying this restaurant after seeing it on Instagram, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The waiter was attentive, the garlic bread was amazing, and the pizza was as good as everyone says. My only wish was that the dough had been a little crispier. I also tried their Caesar salad, but that was a miss-it was drenched in dressing. Other than that, I’ll definitely be back to try one of their entrees next time.

From the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted and seated. The gentleman who sat us down was very kind and the service overall was amazing. We ordered a large pizza pie and I have to say, as someone originally from the NYC/NJ area, this was definitely New York-style pizza. The sauce was amazing and the crust, dough, and cheese were all perfect. It’s easily one of my favorite pizzas in South Florida. It’s not easy to find authentic NY-style pizza in South Florida but New York Style Pizza in Greenacres definitely delivered. We absolutely loved everything and will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!

Their pizza was delicious. we ordered the white cheese pizza and the Sicilian. Great quality ingredients sauce was amazing on the Sicilian.
