Outstanding experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. Everyone was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The crust was crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and the ingredients tasted high quality. You can definitely tell they take pride in what they serve. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Grimaldi’s to anyone looking for excellent pizza and exceptional customer service!

Amazing pizza. I got the Brooklyn bridge and it was most definitely top 3 pizza I've had in south Florida. The restaurant also has a really pretty atmosphere staged with an early 1900s New York theme with Frank Sinatra playing in the background. The pizza was a bit expensive, running about 32 dollars for an 18 inch pie (most other high end pizza places I've been to have been around 24-32, so this is upper end), but I'd say its worth it.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ The food was absolutely delicious, and that’s honestly the highlight of my visit. However, the customer service left me feeling disappointed. My friends and I are all 20 years old, but we apparently look younger. We asked to sit outside and were told the patio was “closed,” even though there were several other families already sitting outside. When I asked how it was closed if people were clearly eating there, we were told it was because they were worried we might dine and dash since we looked young. I completely understand that restaurants have to protect themselves if they’ve had issues in the past. That’s why I even offered for us to pay before our meal to ease their concerns, but they declined. Instead, they said we could sit outside only if we stayed where the staff could constantly watch us. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and chose to sit inside instead. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve much after that. Our waitress spoke to us in a very condescending tone, almost as if we were children. Her attitude changed once she realized we weren’t responding well to it, but the first impression had already been made. Again, the food was amazing, and I would come back for that alone. However, I hope the restaurant reconsiders judging customers based on how young they look. Treating people with respect from the start goes a long way, and no one should feel stereotyped because of their appearance.

I gotta say from someone from NY used to brooklyn oven style pizza for Florida this was legit the best pizza I ever had. I ordered a white pizza with pepperoni and omg its was absolutely amazing. Omg it legit reminded me of home back in NY and the server at the bar area the nice lady was so amazing and such a doll. I would highly recommend coming here. The food is absolutely amazing and so delicious 😋 thank u for giving me the best experience here ever. God bless yall.

The place is very Nice, staff is friendly and food is pretty good except for the espresso coffee. We got the aurugula lemon salad, the Brooklyn Pizza a couple of beers and two espressos the bill came out at around 62 bucks
