One of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, there were problems. I ordered a classic frozen margarita, but I was told they don’t make it without a flavor because “it doesn’t come out the same.” I ended up ordering the passion fruit flavor, but it didn’t taste like passion fruit at all. They also never asked if I wanted salt on the rim. As an appetizer, we ordered cheese empanadas, but they didn’t arrive until after we had already been served our main courses. My husband ordered a chicken burrito, and it was served on a plate still wrapped in aluminum foil, as if it were a takeout order. As for my meal, I pointed directly to the chile relleno on the menu when ordering. The menu clearly stated that it came with rice and beans. However, when my plate arrived, it was simply a cheese-filled chile with none of the sides that were listed. I politely asked the server about it and requested to speak with the manager. We were told there was no manager available. What happened next was the most disappointing part of the entire experience. Another employee approached our table with a very rude and unprofessional attitude. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, she insisted that we should have been more specific about what we wanted, even though I had pointed directly to the item on the menu when placing my order. She even told us that customers always think the staff doesn’t know how to do their job and that we had been complaining from the moment we walked in. When we asked for her name, she refused and said she didn’t have to give it to us. Restaurants make mistakes—that’s understandable. What truly matters is how they handle those mistakes. Unfortunately, there was no empathy, no apology, and no effort to make things right. We were treated with disrespect instead of courtesy. To make matters worse, I ended up paying for a meal that I barely touched because it was not what I had ordered. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on the way we were treated. Food can be improved, but poor customer service and disrespect toward paying customers are much harder to overlook. I sincerely hope management reads this review and takes action because we will definitely not be returning.

What a great late nite taco stand!! We were so glad we came here instead of just getting subs from across the street. The young man at the counter taking orders was so polite, friendly and helpful. He made our dinner an experience we still talk about. We had steak, ground beef and white meat chicken tacos. The steak, different than we had expected was so delicious and flavorful. We even liked having the radishes on the side. The most memorable part were the chicharrones. They were still warm and not totally dried out like so many other places. A little salt and and they were devoured. I can say enough about this place. What a gem!! For the 2 of us we spent less than $50 and got a ton of food. We would definitely come back!

We happened into Lupita's last night quite by accident and what a lucky accident it was. So much so, that were going back this morning for breakfast! Immaculately clean, beautiful and authentically Mexican, atmosphere, warm and friendly service with a genuine smile. I must recommend the chilly Rellenos burrito. Savory, and mouth wateringly delicious. This is going to be our go-to from now on for Tex-Mex. I wish I could give then a hundred stars!

Authentic delicious Mexican food. Vegetarian tacos were amazing. I mentioned that it was my Son's Birthday, and all of a sudden the entire staff came out with music, a cake slice with sparkler candle and put a big sombrero on his head! We all sang Happy Birthday to him. I had no idea they would do that, and it was fantastic! Great customer service, colorful decor, delicious Mexican food at reasonable prices. Thank you so much.

This place is my go-to. I might go here too much but it is SOO Good! To top it all off they have done a full refresh of their decoration and it looks amazing, great job! There’s a new really cute outdoor seating area with beautiful tiled tables that I can’t wait to relax on in the future while digging in to my favorite- the Al Pastor Tostadas. The flavors are incredible, and the way the tostada is stacked with refried beans in between each tortilla is so satisfying and irresistible to bite into. YUM! Can’t go wrong with their veggie options too everything is always fresh and delicious. I’m also a big fan of the wet burrito when I really want to tame the hunger beast. Hands down the best spot in Lake Worth I could eat here every day. Oh I forgot to mention the service, everyone here is genuinely friendly, it’s always a pleasant experience. Thank you! Also, the air conditioning system must have been recently renewed because the air inside is cool and comfortable. A+
