We had an outstanding family dinner at Geronimo Tequila Bar And Southwest Grill in Delray Beach. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with a beautiful Southwestern-inspired design that makes the restaurant stand out on Atlantic Avenue. The tableside guacamole was fresh and flavorful, and the corn masa crusted fried calamari was a unique and delicious appetizer. Our entrees were exceptional. The lobster birria machete was creative and packed with flavor, the elk meatloaf was tender and memorable, the citrus-marinated half chicken was perfectly cooked, and the USDA Prime New York strip was flavorful. Service lacked attentively for a slow Tuesday night. Although the server Lee made great table recommendations. The food was beautifully presented. Our total bill for four people, including multiple appetizers, premium cocktails, and top-quality entrées, came to just over $400 with tax and tip, which felt appropriate for the overall experience and quality. If you're looking for a lively atmosphere, exceptional Southwestern cuisine, and some of the best margaritas in Delray Beach, Geronimo Tequila Bar And Southwest Grill is absolutely worth visiting. We will definitely be back.

My friend and I stopped in for happy hour one evening and we sat outside. I got the Reposado tequila margarita and my friend ordered a glass of prosecco. Generous pour on the wine. My drink was very good, not overly sweet like some margaritas. Then we split the Buffalo Steak Chile nachos and the fried avocado appetizers. Both were delicious. Service was good for the most part. Our server forgot to take our menus back and they sat on the table. Not a big deal though. Atmosphere is nice if you don't mind a giant TV screen on the patio. A little distracting. Overall I'd recommend this place and would return.

My wife and I took my mother here for a late day lunch. It was our first time eating here. My wife had Pork Carnitas Tacos (Braised and Pulled Mexican Crema). My mother had Achiote Chicken Quesadillas (Applewood Smoked Bacon, Black Beans, Caramelized Onions, Corn, Chihuahua Cheese, Smoked Tomato Sauce, Pico de Gallo). I had Birria Tacos (Oaxaca and Chihuahua Cheese, Salsa Verde, Beef Consomme). Everything was extra special. Not your normal tacos or Quesadillas. It’s on the expensive side but you get a meal you will enjoy and remember. Service was excellent.

Went here with wife daughter and boyfriend for early evening Sunday dinner. Beautiful restaurant - they spent a lot of $ on the architecture and design. Drinks were ok, however they should offer more than just tequila based cocktails even though it is a Mexican restaurant. The tableside guacamole was very good. I had the steak quesadilla and someone else ordered the vegetable quesadilla. Both were excellent. My daughter ordered the Iberia tacos and they were delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly. I did not find the food to be too expensive considering the competition. I would go back to this restaurant and recommend it to others.
