★★★★★ I stopped into El Camino while visiting downtown Delray Beach and had a terrific experience. The atmosphere is lively and energetic without feeling overwhelming, and the entire place has a great vibe. The menu is packed with authentic Mexican favorites including tacos, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, quesadillas, and an impressive tequila and margarita selection. (El Camino Delray) What stood out to me was how much flavor was packed into everything coming out of the kitchen. It’s the kind of restaurant where you immediately start planning what you’ll order on your next visit before you’ve even finished your meal. The service was friendly, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the evening. In a downtown area filled with dining options, El Camino is one that deserves its reputation. Five stars. If you’re walking Atlantic Avenue and catch yourself wondering where to eat, follow the smell of tacos and the sound of people having a good time. There’s a good chance you’ll end up here.

In my opinion, this is the best location for fresh tasting food. Their food is always delicious and even their drinks are fresh. The flavors stand out and the tacos are always jam packed. It's amazing! The atmosphere is chill but happy. You can tell everyone is having a great time. Music is a little loud, but you can still hear the person in front of you.

This was our second time at El Camino and we loved it the first time so we had to return. The first time we came around 5:30 and it was a really long wait for a table that included Happy Hour so we got regular priced food and it was huge portions, they were good but definitely could have shared. This most recent time we came exactly at 4 and got immediately seated for happy hour. The drinks were great and the food was honestly the perfect size. I tried an espresso martini with tequila for the first time this visit and it was amazing. Definitely gets super busy around 5 so if you don’t want to wait for happy hour come closer to 4 and if you don’t want to wait at all for a regular table get there by 5/5:30

My hubby and I just left the restaurant and couldn’t wait to write this review! We had such a great experience at El Camino in Delray Beach. From the moment we walked in, the vibe and décor immediately stood out. The atmosphere is lively but still comfortable — the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy great food, and soak in the energy all at the same time. The food did not disappoint. The portion sizes were generous, the flavors were incredibly fresh, and everything came out beautifully presented. The smoked black beans were a flavor I had never experienced before — they had this deep, rich twist that completely elevated the dish. Such a unique and delicious touch! And the carne asada tacos? Absolutely delish. Perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. Our hostess, Jenna, was the sweetest ever. She was so pleasant, welcoming, and had the most beautiful smile. She truly set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. The prices were affordable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. We left happy, full, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! From the hostess to the servers and managers. Great food and drinks. Vanessa made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly accommodating and attentive, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We especially appreciate how the managers take the time to follow up and ensure guests are having a great experience. Thank you, to the entire team, for consistently providing such amazing service!🥂
