Worst restaurant ever. To start off the greeters were very rude and slammed my food on the counter. My order was Jalapeño Poppers which came burnt and sadly was the best thing they gave. The nachos were absolutely disgusting inedible no flavor the chicken was just thrown on in chunks at the bottom of the dish. The chips were all soggy despite the fact we arrived early and the order wasn’t yet ready. We live 10 minutes away so there is no excuse. The Guacamole had no flavor as well as the salsa. I ordered the hot queso and chips again no flavor & tastes so processed. We will not be returning. Disgraceful Mexican food.

I recently visited this restaurant at 701 N Congress Ave in Boynton Beach and, overall, I would give it 3 out of 5 stars. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly enough during our visit. Service was decent, and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. However, the food itself was just okay and didn’t really impress me. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, this may not be the place for you. The menu and flavors felt more Tex-Mex than traditional Mexican cuisine, with dishes that seemed geared more toward an American audience. The portions were fair, but nothing really stood out as memorable. Some items had good flavor, while others felt average and lacked the seasoning or freshness I was hoping for. The atmosphere was lively and seemed popular with many customers, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the food. One of the biggest downsides for me was the price. There were three people in our group, and the total bill came to around $110. For that amount, I expected a better overall dining experience and food quality. It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t something I would go out of my way to visit again. Overall, it was an average experience. Not bad, but not great either.

This was our first time visiting and we were really impressed. My steak quesadilla was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. My husband loved his chunky beef enchiladas and pork tamale. The food came out hot, everything tasted fresh, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

Casa Linda is the only Mexican restaurant in Boynton Beach that understands what vegetarians want when it comes to Mexican food. They have an entire section of their menu that is vegetarian friendly. The Vegetarian Mexican sizzling fajitas are consistently good. They don’t try to complicate it by using odd vegetables like broccoli, squash or zucchini like many other restaurants do. They use the same vegetables you get in meat dishes like bell peppers and onions and it’s equally delicious. Thank you Casa Linda for having a variety of options for all customers not just the meat eaters.
