Had an excellent experience at Kaluz. The atmosphere was upscale yet comfortable, the food was fresh and full of flavor, and the service was attentive from start to finish thanks to our wonderful waitresses Lilan. Everything came out perfectly prepared and the attention to detail really stood out. Great spot for a date night, dinner with family, or just a relaxing night out. Definitely one of the better dining experiences in South Florida and I’ll absolutely be returning.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at Kaluz, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly patient and generous, making sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. She truly made us feel right at home, which meant a lot for such a special occasion. Our waiter Garret was phenomenal. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and gave excellent recommendations that turned out to be perfect choices for the evening. We started with the calamari and octopus, and both were outstanding crispy, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Garret also suggested our drinks, an old-fashioned and a martini, and both were perfectly crafted. For our entrees, we had the lamb burger and the duck, and both dishes were incredible. Everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and plated beautifully. The ambiance at Kaluz is elegant and upscale, but still warm and inviting perfect for celebrating special occasions like an anniversary. Between the delicious food, amazing drinks, and exceptional service from the host and Garret, it made for a truly memorable night. We will definitely be coming back!

The moment we sat down, the service came through like a well-run project team: attentive, proactive, and committed to the customer journey. Our waiter was a whole vibe, friendly, locked-in, and always one step ahead without hovering. The dishes were absolutely elite. Every bite tasted fresh, bold, and beautifully crafted. The meatballs were plated like a piece of art, tender with a rich tomato sauce that felt slow-cooked and intentional. The grilled octopus? Insane. Perfect char, buttery texture, and the seasoning hit that sweet spot between coastal elegance and comfort food. You could tell the kitchen is led by people who actually care about flavor and experience, not just presentation. The atmosphere sealed the deal. Warm lighting, chic interior, and an overall energy that makes you want to stay awhile. It is the kind of place you bring someone when you want to impress them or treat yourself like the main character you are. Five stars across the board. Kaluz Wellington understands hospitality at scale and taste at the executive level. I will absolutely be back! 😊

We had a great dinner. The service was superb. I did not get pics of the cocktails or appetizers...fig old fashioneds with Brussels sprouts and fire roasted octopus...both delicious. We look forward to returning.

Kaluz is a favorite of our. It has a lively atmosphere. Decorations include decorative lights and water bubblers. The service is always impeccable. You can get a burger but also Branzino. My husband’s favorite is charred Octopus, crispy potatoes, and a spicy sauce. The plating is also creative. You cannot go wrong with this place. Make it one of your favorites too.
