This place is a 10/10. The food was so flavorful, great portions and elite quality. The drink was so tasty and had me feeling nice. But most of all the customer service was the cherry on top to a great experience. We had the cute blonde Ashley , her bubbly personality made it that much more enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, attentive and cutesy. Thank you so so much! We loved it here !

SushiJo is the absolute best spot in Palm Beach County for sushi and Asian cuisine. The ambiance is peaceful, yet lively. The employees are so kind and attentive. Brittany took care of me throughout my whole lunch and was very helpful on the menu items. I highly recommend SushiJo

I have mixed feelings about Sushi Jo in Forest Hill. The food is excellent—honestly some of the best in the area—but the service, especially for to go/pick up, is completely unacceptable. This past Sunday, the restaurant was closing at 9:00 pm. I called at 8:00 pm to place a pick-up order and was told that they were no longer accepting takeout orders… while the restaurant was still fully open. That makes absolutely no sense. The person who answered the phone, who claimed to be the manager, had a very rude and dismissive attitude and arbitrarily decided they wouldn’t take any more orders. What’s even more ridiculous is that I was able to place the exact same order immediately through their own website without any issue. So clearly this wasn’t a system or timing problem—it was simply poor management or lack of willingness to help. This isn’t the first time the pick-up experience has been disappointing, but this time it was beyond unreasonable. It’s a shame because the food is genuinely very good, but the service completely ruins the experience. If you’re going to offer takeout, you should manage it properly. Otherwise, don’t offer it at all.

Hands down best sushi and Pat Thai in town. I've been going here for 15+ years. I try other places all over the country and even the world hands-down the best pad Thai! I love their tuna tartare. Also, I love that they have fresh and unique rolls, including the one with the strawberry and macadamia nuts. The name slipped my mind, but I promise you this place will not disappoint. This is the little local hole in the wall place that has the best vibe super clean locally owned business. Thank you Sushi Jo for always exceeding my expectations every time I dine.

Great little spot for lunch. The outside seating atmosphere was pleasant and the food was delicious. I found the wait service to be unnecessary as it would’ve been easier to order at the counter and have the food come out. We had sushi and a wrap which were both delicious. Will definitely be back to try the açaí bows and smoothies.
