This place reminds me of Japan. When I lived there we had restaurants like this one. The food is excellent. We had the Sushi boat which had the best fresh sashimi and sushi. The portions of sashimi are large compared to Colorado where they slice their fish slightly thinner. The wait staff is on top of it. I highly recommend this fabulous sushi!!

We were incredibly happy with the quality of the authentic Japanese food here at Ebisu. The restaurant has been in existence for over three decades, and it’s easily one of the best we’ve been to in Florida. They bring fresh fish from Japan and we enjoyed the sushi/sashimi boat and unadon. A restaurant that has hosted Celine Dion and Takanohana Kōji, this restaurant is well worth a trip if you want authentic Japanese food.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The highlight of the meal was the ramen noodle soup. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, with deep savory flavors that tasted like it had been simmering for hours. The noodles were cooked perfectly—firm, fresh, and delicious—and the toppings complemented the dish beautifully. The restaurant itself was clean, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Every detail showed care and quality, from the presentation to the taste of the food. If you're a ramen lover, this place is a must-visit. Easily one of the best bowls of ramen I've had, and I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Absolutely amazing sushi experience! Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious. Our server, Andre, was fantastic! He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Great service really makes a difference, and Andre definitely went above and beyond
