I was coming for a meeting around the area and browsed some restaurants. I was lucky to choose Ebisu, so I could have the experience to each a very well done Ramen. The food was well prepared and very tasty, unlikely any other Ramen I had before. The service of the attendant was also great who instructed me for the best choice. I definitely recommend the restaurant and will for sure come back on my next opportunity in town. Congrats guys, you did a great job!

Got a quick takeout from Ebisu Fast Casual to try their ramen and it did not disappoint. I was especially impressed with the thoughtfully designed containers that keep the broth separate so nothing gets soggy—such a game changer. LOVE! Being able to customize everything from broth to noodles and protein makes it feel way more personal than typical takeout, and it still hits like a fresh bowl every time. Will be coming back for more ❤️ Menu is online and this is how you order!

I went in for karaoke. They need to get some real menus. Not this QR code with half the items not even available. The food itself was just okay. It needs work. The service was great. I loved the karaoke night. I hope they have more of that. The acoustics in there are excellent.

I was in a hurry so I ordered takeout. Next time I’ll definitely sit in. By far the best fried rice I’ve ever had. The shumai was delicious as well.

We ate here last night and there are no words for how wonderful it was!! The picture of my ramen doesn't do it justice omg it might be the best I've ever had. Angelea greeted us when we came in and was beyond helpful and kind especially with our tired brains. Nori the owner was absolutely wonderful and we got to chat with him for a bit after we ate. The ordering was done all on our phones and was seamless. It didn't take away from any human interaction either! Kaden was probably one of the most pleasant and fun servers we've had and Shane was kind as well! We felt so well taken care of and will definitely come back if we're back down here! 1,000/10 would recommend!! You won't regret it! (Not pictured is the pork bun. I could eat a million of them)
