Best tasting Tonkotsu broth in SoFlo. This is a Jem that can be 5 stars for sure!!! The pork belly should have been grilled a bit before tossing in the ramen I opine as it looked boiled. Service was bland and slow. And it was extremely cold inside that required us to get another layer of clothing from the car to put on. I would definitely give it another try.
My son and I have been coming here for years and always leave happy and full! Most authentic Japanese Ramen bowls you'll get in florida! Small cool spot off state rd 7 in Wellington, not a lot of seating but killer ramen for in-house or to go.
I am a reqular customer. Overoll food is good. And i am not complaining about price. But service need to be upgrade better. Oneday i went for lunch. I have to seat other customers standing. Becuz server was too busy inside. And never offered the beberage not even water. Waiting time too long. Food was take too long to came out. And missed one menu until we ate half way. And when i take out ordered. They need to pack noodle and broth separate. And need more broth. Give broth too cheap. By that time i came home to eat, there was no broth. Other ramen resturant packed separate. It couldn’t tell if this ramen or stir fry ramen. Please pack more professional. And service wise also. I know this resturant has been business for many years. So service need to be upgrade as professional.
Really great Japanese vibe. Ramen was awesome. Anime playing on the TV made it feel like I was in a small Tokyo ramen spot. Great service.
So I love ramen... I feel ramen should have it's own day. Having said that, today was an experience. I've been to Cha Cha's a lot over the years. Except lately. A few years ago they stop carrying the baby squid which was marvelous. I decided to return a few weeks ago to give it another go. There's a chef there great guy who speaks with an accent. Let's just say the experience was wonderful. However today was not so great on many levels. There's this guy with gauge earing hoops and this guy didn't live up to the service I've come to expect at Cha Cha. First after our food arrived he asked do we need chopsticks or forks ok, like bring both as a courtesy. You can't eat ramen with your fingers. So we're eating and the server doesn't bring our appetizer. So I asked the server hey excuse me can you please bring us some water we like to order something to drink. We order water and waited about five 6 minutes or so before I spoke to the server again and said excuse me did you forget to bring our waters? He says oh I forgot then proceeds to bring two cups of water one with ice one without ice and you know it's just a bad experience. I asked him about the appetizer and he said we are out of that. I learned that at the end of the meal this was not during the time we were having our ramen which of course you would expect to have your appetizer either before or during the meal. It was very poor experience and I know the owners of the restaurant would have not have been pleased. It's just very saddening to know that the service on this particular day was very subpar. Oh and we were the only customers eating inside.
