We finally made it to Soprano’s in Wellington, and it exceeded every expectation! First, we have to give a huge shoutout to our server, Franco. He was absolutely hilarious, personable, and made us feel like we’d known him forever. He gave amazing recommendations, and once we realized we were all from New York, the conversation and laughs never stopped. He truly made our entire dining experience unforgettable. I’ll admit, we were a little hesitant to go because sometimes social media reviews can be a bit overhyped. But this place was EVERYTHING @baldyeats described in his Instagram review and honestly, even better. The sandwiches were MASSIVE! You definitely get your money’s worth, but more importantly, they were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. Every bite was worth it. This was one of those meals where great food and outstanding service came together perfectly. We already can’t wait to come back and work our way through the rest of the menu. Soprano’s has definitely earned some repeat customers over here!

Omg this place was fabulous. So glad I came here. We ordered the pretzel as an appetizer. The best pretzel I ever ate. Then we shared friggitaboutit sandwich and ceaser salad pizza. Followed by coconut lemon cake. Our server Ashley Anna was so energetic and pleasant make sure to ask for her when you go there

Here is what is weird. This use to be called Victors Pizza, hence all the previous reviews. We came here and sat outside, which was good because inside air conditioner seemed to be broke. The service was a 5/5. Some of the best service I have had. The food was in need of some serious revamping and attention to detail. Given all the bragging about NYC, I was overly hopeful that the food would be amazing. Needless to say, the food fell short on every front. For starters, as you can see, they brag about having bread at the table. I did not ask, as I expected the bread to be brought to the table. It never was. The Caesar Salad was good, but was it $14 good? Not so much. The pasta fagioli was light brown instead of the typical red, incredibly salty and lukewarm. The biggest part of the soup, the pasta, was missing. I showed them, and they brought me new soup that was hot and contained the pasta. However it was incredibly salty still. Now let's get to the cheese pizza. When the pizza came out, a good portion of the crust was shaped as if it had just come out of a pan, which I thought was weird. The pizza was incredibly greasy, and the cheese was thick. The plate was loaded with grease, and this pizza had some serious flop. When I ate it, The dough was incredibly doughy which was weird because the crust had a good crisp to it. I do not know about claiming NYC roots like they brag, but this is a complete miss.

This is a cute little cafe attached to the restaurant Francos! Staff is wonderful! We were welcomed straight away. Our drinks were on the table quickly, followed by thr calamari . Calamari was cooked nicely tender. We chose the meat pizza and the baked ziti pizza from a varied menu of delicious offerings. Yes. I over- ordered because everything looked so delicious and leftover pizza is always a hit with our kids. Our pizza came out hot and fresh with a perfect cheese pull. Excellent chew on the crust! You can tell the dough is made in house. Close enough to a good NY pizza that my partner (who spent decades in NY) was impressed! We finally have a NY style pizza place that we will be visiting every time we want a real pizza! Thank you for how gracious your whole family is! We had a lovely date night! We will be back for your famous sandwiches!

We recently had lunch at Sopranos and it was fantastic! We enjoyed the pasta fagioli and fried calamari to start—both were excellent. The pizza and “Fagetabout It” for the main course were delicious. For dessert, the carrot cake-cheesecake, and red velvet cake were all amazing. Our server, Ashleyanna, was attentive and made lunch that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
