⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars! A Hidden Gem in Loxahatchee We found a real gem on Seminole Pratt in Loxahatchee. Even though we’ve lived in the area for over eight years, this was our first time dining here—a classic case of don’t judge a book by its cover. From the outside, it’s very humble, tucked into the corner of a shopping strip, but inside it’s charming, with a separate bar and a lovely open dining room. The atmosphere is welcoming and versatile—perfect for families as well as couples out for dinner. Shari, our waitress, and her team were extremely attentive and an absolute pleasure throughout the evening. We started with delicious garlic rolls, followed by excellent pasta fagioli and wedding soup. The salad with balsamic vinaigrette was fresh and tasty, and then came the entrées. My wife loved the chicken piccata with its bright lemony flavor and delicious capers. My chicken Parmesan with Alfredo noodles was equally delicious. Portions were generous, and we even had leftovers to bring home. They also offer a nice selection of desserts. Overall, we highly recommend Il Pomodoro and can’t wait to come back—especially to try the pizza, which many people were enjoying and which looked fantastic!

My, my, my where do I even begin? Do I start with the Pomodoro Pizza, or the chicken francese in which the egg batter was so light and the spaghetti cooked to perfection maybe I should talk about the chicken piccata that was soooo full of flavor and made my taste buds argue with each other in excitement!....Nah, I think I'll talk about the savory, buttery lobster ravioli that almost made me slide out of my chair like those old cartoons from the it's. Now, I'm conflicted...I don't know what to talk about!! Get everything on the menu or at least what I mentioned. Oh, I still need to talk about the food, right? 🤭

I love this place! Ive been coming for years food is consistent. New decor is nice. Service has always been outstanding for me. Try going during lunch or when its slower. Otherwise call and resrve seating. Eveings are busy. Great place!

The food is usually good but when ordering takeout, just add 30 more minutes to whatever time they tell you. Also check your order before you leave. I ordered two orders of garlic knots and received one and a half orders. I was given the choice of two options to come back or save it for next time and I decided to save it for next time to avoid leaving my home. When I proceeded to go and take a bite of the garlic knot It was extremely hard and I called back and advised that I would go pick up new ones. I didn’t get an apology. I received just the two orders of garlic knots and was told in quotations he must have forgot” I was confused. Posting a picture for reference.

This place is a hidden gem! Friendly owners who genuinely remember you, fast service, and wonderful, authentic Italian food. The portions are huge, the prices are reasonable, and the menu has something for everyone. It’s rare to find this level of warmth and quality so close to home.
