Excellent dinner with family tonight. Thank you, Mike, for wonderful recommendations and conversation. This was the best meal and service I have had in a very long time. The night was perfect. The Chilean sea bass was incredible. The wine outstanding. Great, great night and terrific ambiance. One of my favorite places.

Absolutely amazing! Hubby & I had our 1st dinner here and it was absolutely fantastic. The service impeccable, the food fantastic, the atmosphere warm & friendly, and the drinks, don’t get me started!! Nic and his family are truly the nicest family in Wellington. We started with delicious warm focaccia bread with an unbelievable melted dipping butter with balsamic followed by an incredible appetizer (see photos) & soup, then on to the main entree, hubby had the NY Strip steak special & I had the Cheese Ravioli bolognese. Food was plentiful and delicious. Hubby & I will certainly return for many more delicious meals.

Today I decided to eat here instead of my usual spot and let me say I was not disappointed. First, I will start by saying my server frank was the best, super attentive and knew exactly when to come around, was also very knowledgeable about everything that was on the menu. He also mixed and combined the dinner specials to give me exactly the sides and other stuff I wanted to eat with my meal. The food was fantastic. no other words. we had fried calamari and clams for a starter which were fantastic. super crispy and everything tasted fresh nothing was chewy. For our entrees we had a braised on the bone short rib over a risotto (which was not on the menu they made it special to my request!!!) which was to die for I believe the short rib was braised in a red wine reduction sauce and it was just amazing; my other entree was alfredo with a breaded cutlet which also came out flawless. paired with these meals was a lemon drop martini for my wife and I which again were perfect and to end the night my fantastic waiter frank brought out a massive plate of at least 10 different cake flavors which let me speechless. i ordered the coconut creame lemon cake and the strawberry shortcake and again both were fantastic! will definitely be back at this place might just pick it over my usual spots ! the tab was about 100+ dollars a person, whcih is kind of pricey but well worth the value for the food, drinks and experience i recieved.

Michael, our server was outstanding. We could not have asked for better service. The food was exquisite, as always. As a matter of facet, they serve the best Pasta Fazul I have ever had (and I’ve had a lot).

What an amazing experience we had tonight at Franco! From the food selection, quality, steps of service and atmosphere. Family owned and operated. You can't beat that! This is authentic level fine dining for sure. We are already planning our next visit! Until we meet again. Ciao!
