Lemongrass Hot Pot is tucked into what appears to be an office park in Boca Raton. The dinner crowd was light during our visit, though it was a Monday night. We were greeted with warm smiles, and the staff was welcoming throughout. I especially appreciated being able to help ourselves to a buffet of proteins, which felt like a refreshing change from the usual ordering process. Vegetables and additional items rotated around the dining area on a moving belt, making it easy and fun to try different selections. If you’re someone who enjoys interactive dining and customizable meals, this is a solid option. I would definitely return when a hot pot soup craving hits.

Such a fun and delicious place to eat! Great for a large group too, so many choices of meats, veggies and condiments. If you haven’t been, it should definitely be on your list!!

This is honestly my favorite hot pot spot. The Coconut Tom Tom Broth is amazing, and they have a great selection of meats and seafood. The service has been consistently excellent every time I’ve come. I’d be here more often, but the pricing makes it more of a special-occasion visit for me. The dessert options aren’t great, but I usually don’t want dessert after hot pot anyway. Overall, it’s absolutely worth it if you’re looking to try hot pot.

We ate dinner here the other night. It was really easy to find with lots of parking. It's bright and feels very clean. Every table has the heater for whatever soup base you choose. A conveyor belt glides past carrying different vegetables, greens, and noodles to add to the soup. A buffet line is filled with amazing seafoods and other stuff as well as a wide choice of meats. Our server explained everything well and also told us what the different vegetables and greens were. In a word, this place is great! you are not hurried and can eat a leisurely, delicious meal. I wish we could take home the soup base that remains, a shame to throw it away! I also wish they had non-pork dumplings or gyoza.

Love this place and love the food but had a very confusing visit today. I received my checkbook after paying and put $0 for the tip the server grabbed the checkbook and immediately opened it and started heckling me about a tip. I was not done eating as I still had my drink and ice cream. She jumped to conclusions as I am the type of person to tip cash. She also told me if I’m not going to tip then next time I should eat at home. Then said she “forgot” to charge me for my soda and ran my card again. Very rude and very disrespectful. I did not leave any cash after this altercation and I hope this gets fixed.
